Great quality hotel
Rooms are very comfortable, booked the select room with larger balcony, worth the extra money as very large balcony. General feel of overall hotel is of a very high standard. Entertainment was enjoyable, with a mini disco at 8.30pm and the an adult show at 9.30pm for 1 hour. Something different each night, singers, magic, circus performers. Kids club was from 10am to 12 each day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxed hotel atmosphere and not a full on environment over run with kids.

Our second time staying here - the staff could not have been more accomodating, the hotel is in a fabulous location, and when in the central areas, it really feels like a little oasis of calm! The room we stayed in definitely had one of the better views but was definitely in need of a bit of a make over (decor and furniture looked exactky the same as when we stayed in 2018) - there was quite a bit of wear and tear if you looked for it - but definitely not anything worth complaining about! There seemd to be a lot more kids there this time, so it was a bit noisier - and the food wasn't QUITE as special as our previous stay - perhaps due to catering for a lot more kids! However, we had a wonderful time - and the staff made us feel very special. we went elsewhere in 2019, and it felt great to 'come back' here :)

What an incredible hotel
Everything was amazing especially the spacious room the wonderful food choices the pool and the immediate area - amazing local beaches although both very busy! Great value for money in a quality hotel and location. Thoroughly recommend it and hope to return.

Great hotel for young families
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more attentive to our needs or the children’s. We particularly would like to thank the Reception team for the recommendations, Tony, Pepe and their team at the restaurant for looking after us so well ! And another warm thank you to Jada for entertaining the children. They loved the daily activities but the highlight was also disco dance. Thank You you are a gem !

A nice hotel but uncomfortable beds
We read the reviews and were excited to stay at this hotel. We were staying as a family. In the bedroom — two single (very overly firm) beds which surprisingly lacked comfort. In the living room area, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (very soft and springy). The first night we had to complain and ask for an improvement on the situation. They gave us another double (soft and springy) mattress to put on top of the other one. Throughout our stay the bed comfort was extremely poor for a 5 star hotel. This would be the main reason for us not returning to the hotel. The pool and pool bar are lovely. The breakfast area was fair-good. We usually stay in 5 star luxury so this was a disappointment to us in some ways. The positives of this hotel would have to include the cleanliness of all of the complex, the location of the rooms in regard to reception and the pool... extremely close to everything— no long treks back to bedroom if an item was forgotten. This hotel felt extremely safe for children. The staff were also fabulous. Very friendly and polite.

Lovely hotel and area
Great hotel. Took about 1 hour 50 transfer. All staff v friendly and facilities were great. All pools in great condition Food excellent and so much choice (daughters loved ice cream every night!) Kids entertainment was good, lady there did it all and ran different things throughout week. We only went to sing and dance at 5pm and 8pm which was great fun. Need to get face paint which does not run in the heat tho! Three great beaches near by and loads of local places to eat.

Superb Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Location
We loved staying at this hotel for a quick summer break. The hotel and its facilities including the staff were all excellent. The food was of good quality. There wasn’t any daytime entertainment and the kids club was limited but we didn’t mind as we spent lazy days around the pool.

Great value hotel
It's not often, you have a nearly perfect hotel experience, though this hotel comes pretty close for a family holiday. All the staff were professional and friendly with special mention for Toni the restaurant manager, Pepe (the friendly one) All with smiles on their faces, where you have access to a large selection of food, especially the grill! Lastly Simon who is always looking after the residents down at the pool bar where you can have a post dinner drinking along with the evening daily entertainment of singers and dancers During holiday time this is a great area to visit, especially if you have family of primary school age where you can relax whilst you are chilling by the pool. PS There are always sun loungers free Excellent family friendly hotel and when we return to Majorca we will be back for more Protur Turó Pins and the beautiful Cala Ratjada 9/10 Excelente servicio

Great family vacation hotel!
We had a excellent stay with the family! Hotel, room, staff and service were very good! I would highly recoomend this hotel especially for families with kids, as they have everything to make your vacation great at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel nestled in a quieter area if Mallorca. Caters well for families, couples and groups. Staff are wonderful and incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is nice but at the lower end of the 5-star spectrum. Good value for money nonetheless. Lots of families with kids. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and a 5 minute/euro cab to the local beaches which are all nice. Lovely stay overall

Perfect to unwind and relax
We wanted a carefree, relaxing holiday to recharge after a hard few months at work and this was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms, pool was never crowded, everyone was friendly, the staff were accommodating and the food was absolutely fantastic. We have come home feeling ready to take the world on again, and contemplating returning next year. Special shout out to staff - Marcin, Pepe and Biel who were really helpful and friendly.

Heaven!
This hotel was perfect. Nice rooms, a lot of privacy in the buildings and on your balcony. Breakfast and dinner buffet are superb. The lounge is nice for reading and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and they help you out anyway you can. They make you feel very welcome. The town itself is nice for a walk and some (tourist) shopping. The harbor is nice for a snack or drink (try Wikiki) and the two beaches (the big one Cala de s'Aguila and the small one Cala Gat) are perfect to swim an rent a sun bed. I'm coming back!

Nice hotel for families with small children
The hotel is located in a very nice area. 5 minutes walk with small children to a nearby beach (Cala Literas). The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. The amenities are not spectacular but enough for my kids (6 and 4). The room has plenty of space for 4 persons. The food is wonderful and the staff is incredible nice and kind. Hotel will provide bicicles for no cost. If you take the shuttle bus from the airport at Palma be prepared for a 1:45 minute ride to the hotel. The surrounding area is very nice for quick excursions. Do not miss Playa Águilas (5 minutes in car from the hotel or you can take a tourist train (Eur5 per person)) for a day in the beach.

Fantastic hotel with good facilities for children
Compared to other hotels in the area Turo Pins certainly feels "five star". Staff are fantastic, food wonderful, pools and spa are first rate and the children's mini club was really well organised and kept our 6 year old entertained - it was mostly a casual drop in service round the pools or playground so we didn't feel tied to any particular timetable. The Junior Suites are really good but if you or your children need to sleep on the sofa bed for a week then you may find the martress a little thin (we had back-pain after the second night) - also for "five star" perhaps complimentary bottles of water should be included in the rooms. Would note that the hotel staff said the beach was a 10-15 minute walk away and it was easily 25-30 mins with children.

Not quite a 5 star hotel (but a very good 4 star)
I'd happily rate this an excellent four star hotel, but compared other hotels in the resort, it's not yet the five star hotel it claims to be. We are a family of four with 2 young children. The junior family suite was small with one main bedroom which the kids had and a pull out sofa bed, which for 10 nights was uncomfortable for us to sleep on. The hotel charged a daily rate for the in room safe. I find this incomprehensible for a 5 star hotel. In saying that the location of the hotel is ideal for a family. It's away from the centre of the resort but within easy walking distance of the port, the centre and the lovely Cala Agulla beach. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food is plentiful and varied. The pool areas are also excellent with a lifeguard on duty between 10am and 6pm. If the rooms accommodated a family of four better (i.e. there was a bed and not a sofabed in the junior suites or adjoining rooms) then we'd book again immediately.
