Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool.

Peaceful apartment
We enjoyed our stay here. We had a 2bed apartment and managed to fit our toddlers cotbed in the 2nd room after moving some of the furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of space. The furniture was a bit on the old side but everything was very clean. My only real complaint would be that the pillows were very lumpy, easily rectified. It was a short walk to the beach and the poolside was always quiet. WiFi was very good. Overall we would stay again.

I stayed here with my family last year and booked this trip for last minute week in the sunshine. The stay was nowhere near as nice and the adults only pool was at times overrun with children jumping in and horsing around. During the 9 days we were there only once was our apartment properly cleaned and no cleaning products were provided. Overall an average experience that promised so much more based on prior experience.

Third visit in 20 years. Home from home.
Very pleased to see that Antonia and Cisco are still there and as helpful as usual. Nothing too much trouble for them. Apartment refurbished and very comfortable and well equipped. Cleaning was supposed to be carried out every other day. Arrived Monday and no-one had been in to empty the rubbish or clean by the Thursday. We disposed of our food rubbish ourselves which we didn't mind doing, but as soon as we mentioned it to reception they rectified the situation. Very nice restaurant called The Sparrow just around the corner. Excellent service with an inexpensive 2 course menu and a glass of wine. Bus service from the end of the road to the Port and other destinations very useful, cheap and efficient. Taxi from the bus station to apartment 5 euros, Well worth it in the evening after your meal.

A bit dated.
Ideal for families, the accommodation is a little dated and basic particularly bathroom and kitchen facilities. Annoyingly basics such as washing up liquid, scoured or cloths are not provided. There was no mirror in large bedroom but 3 in the small one! Reception staff were all lovely. Ample parking.

Clean, comfortable and pretty grounds
Stayed here about 3 years ago for a long weekend and returned for a week. Booked a 2 bed apartment and on arrival found we had been upgraded to one with a roof terrace which was an unexpected bonus! Apartment is spacious and they have been updated since our first visit. TV in lounge area and main bedroom, not that we switched them on. Kitchen is roomy but very limited workspace. Bathroom is small and shower in an odd place in a narrow bath but plenty of hot water and power. Beds are single with unit between them - could do with some hooks to hang coats/jumpers behind doors though I appreciate this would be seasonal we had a few days rain in September! Maid service is on a Tuesday Thursday and Saturday; didn't quite understand why it needed three of them to change the towels make the beds and empty the bins. The roof terrace had a bbq which was great - however there is a communal one and a washing machine free to use which I hadn't picked up on the website. Lovely grounds, plenty of room in the quieter pool at the back of the reception block, though both lose the sun early afternoon. Sunbeds are great. The main road outside is quite noisy but we got used to it. Location wise it is perfect to access local supermarkets and beach, 10 mins more to main centre. We would certainly go back.

Las Velas apartments are set in very well kept gardens with a pool a short walk from tbe beach. The apartment was perfectly clean, spacious and pleasantly appointed with a decent bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great Apartments
This is our first time in this resort. The check in was nice and easy. Was allocated a lovely 2 bed apartment over looking the kids pool. Very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was a great size and was cleaned nearly every day! The apartments are in a quiet location but they are about 15 minutes from beach etc and so we did a huge amount of walking! There were plenty of sun loungers and we never had to worry about getting up early to get one - several times we had the whole pool to ourselves! Overall we loved these apartments and would definitely recommend!

Comfortable apartments close to beach
We enjoyed our stay at Las Velas. The apartment was a little dated but adequate for our needs. As five adults, we did not feel on top of each other. The pool was outside the door and was often empty, so we were able to enjoy it as a family. The beach was within 10 minutes' walk and we really loved the water, with little fish swimming around you. It was a little walk to the harbour but, once there, there was a large choice of restaurants. It was a very enjoyable week.

Clean, spacious apartment with great roof terrace
We've just returned from Les Valas having had a lovely holiday in Port de Pollenca. The apartment was kept really clean and all the staff on the desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and there were comfortable sunbeds. We had a fantastic roof terrace which we weren't expecting which had a BBQ on it.

Lovely apartments
Our first visit to Puerto Pollenca and we loved it. The apartment was in a lovely part of town; a small, quiet, friendly complex. Well maintained gardens and pools. Apartment had large rooms and we were lucky to be given one with a roof terrace, complete with bbq. Decor perhaps slightly dated, but very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Appartamenti puliti e carini nonostante l’arredamento un po’ datato, eravamo nella struttura principale quindi probabilmente la più vecchia. Peccato per la tenda nella doccia (assolutamente non igienica) e la mancanza di una ventola nel bagno senza finestre.

Superó mis expectativas en limpieza, instalaciones, espacio, ubicación... Especialmente destacaría la amabilidad del personal. Un diez. La única cosa negativa, el ligero ruido de los coches que pasaban junto a los apartamentos. Repetiría sin duda. 100% recomendable.

Bella struttura, appartamenti spazioni e luminosi, bel giardino con due piscine. L'appartamento è dotato di frigo, cucina a induzione con due postazioni, microonde, bollitore, condizionatore, 2 TV, tavolino privato nel giardino su cui affaccia. Personale molto cortese. Pulizia ok ma migliorabile, sia all'inizio del soggiorno che in itinere. Posizione buona con spiaggia vicina oppure per visitare spiagge più belle nei dintorni.

Greit nok. OK beliggenhet. Brukte mobil GPS.
hadde ikke så store forventninger. Ok beliggenhet og utflukter med bil og til fots til stranda/bypromenaden. Resepsjonistene snakke godt engelsk og var behjelpelig. En bratt vindeltrapp førte opp til egen takterrasse med sol og utsikt. Et lite basseng og barnebasseng på fin gresslagt området med gratis solstoler. Ingen servering der, som vi hadde forventet. Lagde litt mat på kjøkkenet (litt spartansk innredet, men ok.) Det jeg savnet var litt mer lys i stua for boklesing. Stusselig TV tilbud.

God beliggenhed, børnevenlig. Mangelfuld køkken.
Beliggenhed super i forhold til at hotellet havde egen pool og i gåafstand til strand og rimelig tæt på centrum. Hotellet ku godt have fortalt om der var 2 pools til rådighed. Gode aktivitetsmuligheder for børn i flere aldre. Køkkenet var mangelfuld udrustet, og lejligheden lugtede af fugt. Måtte selv indkøbe myredåser, for ikke at skulle indånde spray fra dåse. Løftede selv hængsler i hoveddør, så den ikke skrabede på /larmede i hele opgangen når den blev åbnet/lukket.

Mycket prisvärt och bra service
Mycket prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal och bra nivå på hotellområde och rum. Nyare delen, som vi bodde i, låg precis vid poolen vilket uppskattades av barnen. Vår lägenhet, två sovrum och vardagsrum, var stor och hade ett eget "köksrum" vilket fungerade utmärkt för att fixa egen frukost och lunch i. Läget är lite i utkanten, vid den större vägen, vilket vi inte stördes av då området är skyddat av murar och växtlighet. Det tar ca fem minuter att gå till närmaste affär och tio minuter till stranden och restuarangstråket. Överlag är vi mycket nöjda med vistelsen och skulle kunna tänka oss bo där igen.

Appartmentanlage, 2 große Pools, sauber. 2- Zimmer Appt. mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, große Wohnküche. Ausstattung der Küche spartanisch, aber zum Kochen gerade noch ausreichend. Fast nur englische Gäste. Zum Strand ca. 300m. Liegt an Hauptstraße, ist aber dennoch ruhig durch hohe Hecken! Schöne Gartenanlage. Leider viele Ameisen vor und in den Wohnungen. Nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption!

Trivsamt hotell i lugnt område
Lägenheten var rymlig och fanns det vi behövde. Personalen var mycket vänlig. Vi hade nära till poolen och där fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Något långt till stranden.
