Good but not great
Nice staff and pool areas. The premier rooms aren't that great. The curtains don't cover the windows and there is no full length mirror (which is essential in my opinion). The rooms are badly laid out. The high table is a waste of space (I can't imagine anyone would sit there). Having the sinks beside the bed isnt ideal and there is clear wear and tear in the room due to cheap finishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I am not sure that was worth the room rate.

Cyclist friendly hotel
Perfect stay for a cycling holiday for the Mallorca 312 race. Close to the start line, absolutely cyclist friendly - bikes can go into rooms, cycle kit can be washed for you, breakfast caters for all tastes, loads of fruit, cooked food, yoghurts, cereal. Sauna and swimming pools are amazing as well as massage which can be booked at the reception. staff was wonderful - everything we asked for was possible and doable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice spot close to the busy Muro beach
Nice bigger than expected hotel with lots of trees as a peaceful base near the very busy Muro beach, staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Two big pools one adults only which is good for doing lengths and quiet as kids pools get busy. We booked a suite thinking it would have a divisible room (as the photos show) but beware some don’t so we asked to move as we wanted one, which they obliged, but it meant moving from a high room with a nice view to a ground floor dingy/dark room as that’s all they had left. The rooms are ok, the beds are all singles (pushed together) and uncomfortable, some of the sofas are a little old and stained. Food and buffet is fantastic, a good selection and great value for the dinner.

Rooms are large and clean. Good food variety and quality. Restaurant is NOT Covid friendly: the hotel was packed there was no staff facilitating the food serving--everybody was touching the tongs or food with own hands. Dinner host "Juan" was extremely rude and unhelpful. Cleaning staff

PRO: Very nice clean family property one block from the beach 3 pools, one olimpic lap pool that should be converted to an adult pool not lap beds on hard side - perfect for my husband and I Spotless linen sheets Excellent breakfast and dinner. lots of variety Staff very friendly and helpfull CONS: You pay for water. coffee in the evening - weird the 1st time i saw this. This should be taken into consideration by the management We will come back if the another opportunity arises

Pool area was attractive,relaxing and immaculate. Really missed a full -length mirror in the bedroom - an absolute must in my opinion. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker but my daughter missed that facility.

Great staff. We had a suite with a large balcony. Stayed half board and the food was excellent with a large variety to suit most tastes. Enough sun loungers and people didn't seem to reserve them which is a pet peeve. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great setup here. We had a family 4 day break with a 2 bedroom suite. Pools fab for the kids, sunshine all day and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When they found out it was my daughters birthday they laid out a beautiful reserved breakfast table with sparkling wine and non alcoholic fruit cocktails for the kids and the staff treated us like royalty. In short - amazing trip and we will be back !

Great location. Amazing Breakfasts. The free WiFi barely worked and constantly kicked us off. The 'view' was virtually non existent, a tiny glimpse of the ocean if you stood up and looked around the barrier of the next balcony. Inside pool was a disappointment but the outdoor lap pool was excellent. The photos on the hotel page are not accurate and several of them are not even of this hotel. The room key card kept erroring out and I got locked out of my room 6 different times, having to go down to the desk and wait 10 minutes each time for them to fix the issue. Nice walking distance to the Beach and several shops. Drab boring room but clean and functional. The bathroom lighting was horrid and no place to be able to do makeup or even see your own face very well. Nice little frig in the room was a plus. The Balcony looking across 45 degrees to another balcony 2 meters away was award when occupants from both rooms want to sit outside.

Relaxing stay at pleasant suite hotel
I stayed here for 3 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time. Room was really spacious with a large double bedroom and separate living room, overlooking the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pools and can hire pool towels for the whole stay. The buffet restaurant offered a large variety of good quality food particularly at evening dinner. Staff really friendly and made me feel at home.

Very good hotel in Playa de Muro, near beach
We have stayed 1 week in Las Gaviotas and overall we have thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the hotel is very nice,close to the beach and amenities in Playa de Muro. The suite was big enough for us (2 adults and 2 children). Hotel has several pools,we spent most of the time in the big family one,we have been there mostly in the evening, but it was never very busy, we had enough space to enjoy the time in the pool and to get sun loungers. We have used several time the gym, fairly small with one bike, one stepper and one runner, plus a bench and some weighs, but it was opened 24h so you could time your visit. Best thing in the hotel was the food, it was amazing, so much variety and very tasty, both for breakfast and dinner (we had half-board) and it was difficult not to succumb to all those culinary temptations. Have not used much the spa area, the water in the indoor jacuzzi was slightly colder than expected, while the saunas (both dry and wet) were not hot enough for my taste. The room was clean, but there were some niggling bits here and there - the lino on the floor had developed gaps between planks, some of the furniture was chipped, air-con was noisy. What I could not understand was that the safe in the room was not usable actually, you had to pay 20 EUR per stay to use it - why? First time I have seen this in a hotel, and not what I would expect from a 4-stars hotel. The parking can take only 10 cars, we never found a space in 1 week and we needed to search on side roads

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms are nice, the hotel is clean, the pools are quiet and the breakfast is just incredible! It’s only a stones through from the beach and restaurants. A perfect place to relax for a few days.

Perfect for our family beach holiday, AC fantastic, our family room was comfy for 4 of us including a teenager! Superb ambience. Staff friendly and helpful. Beach only a block away, and a gorgeous one. We hope to return as we had our best holiday so far at Las Gaviotas.

Very smart hotel Close to the Beach amazing pools
Absolutely amazing stay here at the hotel. Amazing food, great pools and sun loungers , very clean and modern. Really close to the beach just a minutes walk across the road. Very relaxing location the beach is amazing. My only thing to say would be there not any music entertainment in the evenings every night. Out of the 8 nights we were there only two nights had music. But apart from that absolutely amazing !!

Nice hotel, good value for money for the area. No frills hotel but suites are spacious and clean. Terraces are large. Breakfast is good. Staff are great, very friendly and accommodating. Location is good, near to beach, shops, restaurants. Transport is good, there is a bus stop right outside hotel with frequent and easy transport from port of pollensa to can picafort and to airport. Beach is very stunning. Good facilities at beach, was very busy in June, lots of families with toddlers. Alcúdia is well worth a visit.

Hotel is chic and service was outstanding. Food was the best around the area. Everywhere else was so touristy and not great food. Their breakfast/dinner buffet was great value. Pretty calm and stylish hotel, only a few minutes away from the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend it!

Lovely Hotel
This hotel is very clean and maintained to a good standard. The food on half board was of a high standard with options changing each day. We liked the layout of the Hotel and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
