Lovely hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Great fish. Salads were amazing and nicely laid out. I never eat salad but I did here. Hotel fab. Highly recommend.

This says it’s a four star but it’s a 3 star at best The rooms need a refurb the furniture is old and tired and the lay out is “cosy” We had a jacuzzi room and the shower is in the bedroom with a see through glass door so you had better know your partner well and be very comfortable with them before choosing this room They have refurbished the main areas which are nice All the skirting boards are swollen and split and splintered in the hallways Was in a decent location in easy reach of a beach and restaurants Was ok but wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel is clean and located in a nice area. I really liked the monsoon shower. The breakfast was good but it didn't changed much during my stay. Nice hotel over all.

This is situated about 5mins walk to the beach where there is a variety of eating places. However the beaching area is quite small and therefore becomes over crowded quickly. The property itself has a pool with sun loungers. Twice we went back to our room in the afternoon to find a do not disturb sign on the door and also on the next room to ours. The room had not been cleaned . When we complained they said we must have left the notice on the door. This was not possible as there was not a do not disturb sign in the room. The hotel is very quite with no form of entertainment but the tv. Cocktails are very poorly made with not much alcoholic in them. If you are looking for a complete rest then this hotel gives you that and you will have a quick access to the beach.

Rooms a bit on the small side. Bed comfy and air conditioning effective. Staff great except one on the reception just couldnt be bothered, each thing we asked him to do he said it could be done next morning ( when he wasnt on duty). Laura and Ruben were superb. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and our door card seemed to fail every 2 days. Hotel lovely nobody used the bar no rushing for sun beds not for people who like entertainment but perfect for relaxig5relaxing

Triton beach, 4*, i don't think so!!!
Lovely clean hotel with a nice pool, not crowded and very clean and tidy. Bedroom was tiny and even though we asked and booked a double bed, we had two singles. The beds were terrible, really cheap. The shower was great but no soap dish and the hand basin was so tiny, you could barely use it. We had a huge balcony but would have preferred the room to be bigger. There was no wardrobe! Just a rail and one shelf. We went for 4 nights so we managed, but if you went for 2 weeks, you would be living out of the suitcase!!! Staff were OK, not too many of them, but ok. The air-conditioning was the biggest problem. You couldn't adjust it at all so at night, with just a sheet and a thin duvet, it was absolutely freezing!!!. No amenities, small hard bath towels and you had to put 20e deposit on a pool towel and 2e to use it!!! The other issue was that the resort was 80% German. Lots of younger 18-25s and the town has 3 nightclubs. Restaurants on the front were lovely but few and far between. Breakfast in the hotel was poor and they had ensaimadas only one morning, even though it's a mallorcan speciality. Probably give this place 4 out of ten, mainly because of the cleanliness of the property

Really lacks service, reception staff ignore you and never smile. They have an iron but no ironing board..? The pool is nice and the breakfast is good. It is however one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in. 4 nights and not one unbroken nights sleep. Won’t be going back

I have stayed at The Triton a few times now and it has gone downhill. The reception staff are rude and very unhelpful. Won’t be wasting my money on this hotel again.

Good hotel
When we arrived the hotel didn't have a room for us so we had to stay at another hotel which was paid by triton beach hotel . We returned the next day to the hotel which had our room ready and up graded our room and gave us half board with a bottle of bubbly . The staff at the hotel where so good with my wife and I because of the over booked rooms . I would like to thank all the staff at the triton beach hotel for making our time there enjoyable and making my wife's birthday better .

Nice jacouzi bath, good location.
This hotel is nice looking, room looked nice big and spacious. Beach was about 6mins walk but the main and nicer beach Agulla was about 20min walk. Good location close to shops and bars. Staff at reception not so great never greeted us and showed no interest. We had a chill out queen room with jacuzi bath but the bed was not queen but two singles together which was annoying. The bed was not very comfy either but ok. We had to ask for extra towles everyday and had to collect from reception which they always questionned. Very annoying, once you had a shower in the morning you would have to go to reception to ask for more towles. I asked if we could have 4 each morning but they said no. Breakfast was very nice and the staff in kitchen very nice. Dinner not so great. Lack of choice and the same food everyday.second day. I would not have halfboard again. Drinks were not included during lunch and you could not bring yourn own. Overall satisfied due to location and jacuzi but other than that there is a lot to improve.

Double room was small and very basic
This seems more like a budget three star hotel ( definitely not four star by any stretch of imagination ) . I had initially booked a "Double room". When I got to the room I was shocked & disappointed to see how small the "Double room" really was . There was barely any space to move or store luggage. I immediately went back to the reception and asked the lady at the reception if there was another bigger room available . Fortunately there was the bigger "Chill out" room available and she offered me this bigger room for an additional charge . I paid the additional charge and took the bigger "Chill out" room . This was better than the Double room at least in terms of size. I would caution other guests about the small size of the Double room. The pictures of the double room shown online ( in Expedia ) is somewhat misleading as it did not reveal how small the Double room actually was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are on a shoestring holiday budget and prepared to settle for room amenities & facilities typically offered by three star hotels. Only advantage of this hotel was the proximity to the beach (and restaurants , shops ) but then again there are other four star hotels in the vicinity that are equally close to the beach .

Great quiet hotel in nice location
If you are looking for a quiet hotel in a good location then this is for you, set a short walk from the main shops and 1 mins to the sea. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were generally helpful. The pool area is quite small but ample room for everyone in April, I didn't get in the pool (as it is not heated and in April was pretty chilly) but it looked nice. Buffet breakfast with both hot and cold foods was a great start to the day.

Short stay for relaxing first impression very clean and tidy room booked a chill out room with queen bed no queen bed two single beds stuck together no minibar in room fridge in room and safe both in cupboard waiting to catch fire no ventilation for fridge everything in the safe cooking due to the heat from the fridge also no coffee maker in room as advertised food very good but problem with seating arrangements if your lucky enough to get a seat inside if not your outside in the cold to eat your food also if you don’t smoke you have the added smokers coming from inside the dinning room between courses to smoke right next to you outside not big enough dinning room for the amount of people staying at hotel also for dinner no tea coffe or water served with your food was told if wanted will have to go to the bar but we could buy wine at the table coffe and tea available for breakfast but not for dinner staff pushing the wine as an extra cost thought the coffe machines would be available during dinner too

We paid for a queen bed "chill out" room but when we arrived we only had two single beds which kept sliding apart every time you were on the beds. Then when asked at reception about why there was no queen bed like we paid for the receptionist said I had to wait till the director was present which never happened so two days later I had to speak to her over the phone for her to tell me that they didn't have any queen beds at the hotel!!! So the solution was that they cable ties the two beds together. I have phoned Expedia after this nightmare and they have given me a measly £25 voucher. Great!

beautiful scenery and lovely hotel
The hotel was smaller than I expected, the chillout room we booked wasn't available on our first night so we were given an alternative room and a complimentary bottle of cava and although we arrived late at night they still gave us dinner. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We then got the chill out room it was so spacious and gorgeous , we had a sea view and the Jacuzzi near the bed was lush!. The hotel is situated in a nice area lots restaurants along the beach and shops to buy souvenirs, clothes etc. We ate at Euforia, Udon Noodle bar and visited the fish foot spa. The place has the best scenery. Enjoyed it.

Convenient location, friendly star, super clean :)
stayed for six days with my friend. lovely breakfast although coffee could have been better. fresh fruit and plenty of variety. room no. 219 super clean. have to pay EUR 2.50 per day extra. free wifi. very convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants around. seafront and beach Son Moll just around the corner. definately would return anytime even if I would stay by myself.

Très agreable
L’accueil est parfait. La chambre est grande avec une belle salle de bain et un balcon. Seul bémol la porte qui est très difficile à ouvrir (le montant a gonflé) et un canapé présent dans la chambre est en piteux état. Sinon l’emplacement est chouette : proche mer, restauration et facile d’accès. Prévoyez des produits anti moustiques, ils sont féroces!!!

Nous etions dans une chambre avec balcon vue mer avec baignoire a jet. Tres belle grande chambre, avec dressing! Petits points negatifs sur l'orentation de la baignoire a jet elle aurait ete preferable dans l'autre sens face a la chambre et a la tv plutot qu'au mur. Malheureusement il manquait les petites lumieres d'ambiance au plafond comme sur les photos du site. Et surtout le fait d'avoir deux lit simple avec deux drap lit simple pas terrible quand on est en couple. La deco est magnifique la vue incroyable, calme. Dans l'ensemble tout est parfait meme si vu de pres beaucoup de petits details de finition qui laissent a desirer pour un hotel 4* Sur le site de reservation il y avait ecrit location de velo dans l'hotel alors que non. J'avais contacté avant le sejour par mail pour savoir si une navette etait en place pour aller de l'aeroport a l'hotel ils m'ont dit que non. Pas de retour de reponse quand j'ai demandé comment venir a l'hotel qu'ils me disent qu'elle ligne de bus prendre. Pour le retour a l'acceuil ils proposaient des navettes pour aller a l'aeroport, pensé a bien la prevoir au moins deux jours avant votre retour sinon plus de dispo en derniere minute, compter 25€ par personne. Et encore une fois quand on a demandé a l'hotel comment retourner a l'aeroport la dame de l'acceuil n'a pas su nous renseigner. On a du prendre un taxis 1h de route 100€. Sinon a peine 15€ par bus avec un changement et compter 2h. Dans l'emsemble ca ete une tres bon sejour.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Nahezu überall tritt Wasser aus und hat auch die Möbel so beschädigt, das keine besser Wären als die Mpbel, die in den Zimmern stehen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer dauerte von 5 - 7 Minuten. Durchgewischt wurde nur 1 mal. Konnten wir beim Frühstücken beobachten. Die Dusche hat keine Dichtung. Somit mussten die benutzten Handtücher dafür verwendet werden, den Boden wieder zu trocknen. Die Türrahmen sind wegen der Feuchtigkeit massiv in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden. Hier hat sich der Rahmen im unteren Bereich bereit aufgelöst. Aufgequollen und die Türen mussten mit enormen Kraftaufwand geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Wir hatten um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Ging aber nur mit Aufpreis. Die anderen Zimmer waren aber auch nciht wesentlich besser. An Expedia gewendet, wurde mir zunächst zugesichert, dass versucht wird um zu buchen. Aber das zweite Telefonat verlief dann nach einer Mail mit Bildern ins Leere und ich warte immer noch auf eine Antwort. Naja, was soll ich sagen. Ich habe das erste und letzte mal über EXPEDIA gebucht.

Die Zimmer sind dreckig die Reinigung putzt nicht richtig. Die Tücher welche wir bekommen haben, haben gestunken und als meine Freundin und ich die Mitarbeiterin für neue Tücher gefragt haben antwortete sie mit einem frechen nein. Sie meinte, dass wir jeden Tag neue bekommen aber wenn das Tuch stinkt und dreckig ist sollte man als Gast schon das Recht auf ein neues Tuch haben! Ekelhaft. Das Essen ist eine Enttäuschung und der Pool ist nur eine gewisse Zeit offen. Ich habe für all inkl. gezahlt und habe noch nie so einen schlechten Service gesehen! Das einzig Positive war, dass die Stadt in der Nähe ist. Ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen, ihr könnt wirklich ein besseres Hotel finden und ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das aufjedefall nicht!

4* ni de broma!!
Para ser un 4* deja muuucho que desear, lo único salvable la amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones enanas, ridículas en cuanto a espacio, el lavabo fuera del baño pegando a la puerta de entrada, sin armario ni cajones, solo un perchero a la vista, colchones duros. Para no repetir.
