For a supposed 5 star hotel there was no facility to sit and relax and get a drink or a snack as there was nothing open or available. The bar area was limited to about 3 or 4 indoor tables. On one occasion when the lower bar area was open our request for English tea was met with the response that it would be too difficult to boil a kettle and that we could get that in England!

Superb hotel, needs to improve food & restaraunt
Beautiful property, very nice rooms, amazing views. Only negative point was the standard of the breakfast & restaurant which was quite poor and certainly not 5* standard.

New favourite hotel
Perfect relaxing hotel with so many pools, you can pretty much choose your own! Excellent family run hotel with exceptional service throughout. Bay views from large balconies and an excellent bay below the hotel to swim in, so quiet it almost feels like your own.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff friendly. More designed for mainland Europeans than UK. Definitely max UK 4* but with a 5 * price tag. Aircon was a problem with dated thermostat type controls. Not helpful with 26°c night temperatures. As short stay our complaint fell on deaf ears... would recommend for location but facilities and comfort not so much.

Very Nice relaxing hotel that suited our needs perfectly. I very much like the number of different pools and sun terraces this hotel had which meant it was always possible to find a relaxing place to your self. The room was clean, spacious and the outside are and views were fantastic. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed for longer.

Peaceful haven
Lovely friendly hotel with plenty of space to relax and unwind - rooms are good size and pool areas never felt crowded. Great service, food and overall experience was superb. A little haven for those wanting to escape to the sunshine

Hotel Petit, Cala Fornells.
We stayed here whilst visiting friends so did-not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Having been so impressed we will be returning with the intention of spending more time in the relaxing environment the hotel offers. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful Location
The hotel's location was really pretty and picturesque. This was the coolest point about the hotel. The breakfast place faced the sea. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. If you walked straight down there was a beautiful place to snorkel and swim. Fitness room was OK, sauna bucket was broken, jacuzzi was awesome. To get to the place you definitely need a car or taxi, no chance of using public transport. Town nearby has nice restaurants and pubs.

Rigtig dejligt og roligt En meget lille detalje: Hotellet giver hver dag 4 stk drikkelse i køleskabet, rigtig fint, men da der ikke er forretninger i nærheden, vil muligheden for køb af ekstra vand i fx 1 l flasker være fint😊

Alles war sehr schön und wir haben unsere Ferien genossen. Die Aussenanlage ist wunderschön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Parkplätze hingegen sind sehr eng. Aber besser als keine.

Comfort 3 etoiles pour un prix de 5. Petit dejeuner ridicule, on a jamais aussi mal mange dans un hotel. Service catastrophique, manque de personnel flagrant. Les seules points positives sont l’emplacement et les piscines. Bref, une enorme deception a la place du sejour 5 etoiles vendu.

Charme vergangener Zeiten. Außenanlagen müssten einmal komplett neu designed werden. Positiv ein freundliches Personal und alles sauber! Frühstück leider ohne leckeres, frisches Obst....Dosenfrüchte und durchgeweichter Obstsalat. Viele Sachen abgepackt, nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Definitiv zu wenig für ein 5 Sterne Haus....

En kund som ville ha lugn och ro
Det är ett hotell som är litet och mysigt, med trevlig personal. Dock är det mycket barn till förhållande till storlek på hotellet, så det är svårt att få ett lugn som man hade önskat. Och det är ingen 5 stjärnig status som det uppvisar. Finns ingen rums service, Gym kan inte kallas för ett gym. Har ingen personal till hands efter 22,00 Finns ingen Pool service.

Der Garten ist sehr schön, das Essen im Restaurant wirklich gut, das Personal zuvorkommend. Leider sind die Juniorsuiten ehr simpel ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut und kühlte in unserem Zimmer nichtwirklich

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Es wurden auch schon einige Renovierungen vorgenommen, aber es müßte mehr gemacht werden.

Tolles Hotel am Hang mit Blick über die Bucht
Dieses Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage am Hang, verschiedene Pools und viele Bereiche im wunderschön angelegten Garten für Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Küche sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen

Nicht mehr als 3 Sterne Hotel!
Leider hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen rein gar nicht erfüllt. 5 Sterne und ein dementsprechender Preis sind nicht gerechtfertigt. - Zimmer: Veraltet insb. Bad (Schimmel in Silkonfugen, Dusche wechselte ständig von warm zu kalt, Lüftung extrem laut) - Essen: Buffet lieblos zubereitet, Dosenobst und Tiefkühl Nachspeise, keine Salatsoßen, nur abgepacktes Müsli, schlechte Fleischqualität - Hotelanlage: ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Pools außen und vor allem innen dringend renovierungsbedürftig - WLAN miserabler Empfang auf dem Zimmer - nicht nutzbar - Personal: Bemüht, aber längst nicht adäquat für ein 5 Sterne Haus Die zweite Urlaubswoche verbringen wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, das dem Hotel Petit Cala Fornelles in allen genannten Punkten weit überlegen ist.
