Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Perfect! We would stay here again, such good value for money, the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, speak good English. We had such a great time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and bed comfortable, we slept well. Can’t fault hotel at all, thank so much!

The staff was great and even helped us dig through the trash looking for expensive Invisalign that my daughter left in the dining hall. They had some food for us when we came in at 4am. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. All in all I would not recommend this property as a vacation spot.

Some of the staff were lovely, including those at the breakfast buffet. Air con in the room worked, but not fully. Clean bathrooms with all the amenities, and a shop on the front door. Location is a bit far out from anything, but it’s a short cab ride from S’Arenal.

This hotel was great for the price, the drinks where all good, Smirnoff vodka, Bombay Gin, & lager was lovely, breakfast really nice, lunch & dinner quite basic but did the job, the staff are so friendly & the rooms very clean, would definitely return for a cheap short break

A nice stay
Was a good stay for four night. Food was good with a nice range, not as warm as we would have liked at times but to be expected with the amount they were cooking for. All staff were nice and animation team did a good job. Night time entertainment was okay. Overall great value for money

The staff was not friendly at all and did not provide any information unless we asked for it such as the wifi info, where the designated parking was, where the restaurant and bar was... We were not advised of the amenities and only discovered them by walking through the property. When we inquired about getting some ice we were told to ask at the bar to see if they would give us some or go buy some at the store. Besides the staff being rude, the bed was hard and the bedding was rough and outdated. At dinner time, it was an absolute madhouse in the dining room with plates left everywhere and food running out frequently. Even if it had been replenished, all food lacked flavor. The only good thing about it was that its about a 15 min drive from the airport. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and am so glad we dtayed only 1 night.

Like that there was two pools and they had entertainment throughout the day and evening. However the buffet food could have been better as there was not much option for vegetarians and struggled with what to eat.

Front desk staff is not friendly, there is no “ customer service” what’s so ever. Our room was listed as non- smoking but smelled like it was “ designated area for smoking”. There is no kettle in the room so if need hot water you need to go to the bar and ask for it to take it to your room in paper cups. One good thing at this property there is a vendor for cheap car rental- 3 days -$109. Love the island !

Old hotel, nice rooms, quiet area, great staff!
The hotel was not close to the beach, you had to take the bus for about 15 minutes to the closest beach, we had a room at the 2nd floor which smelled like mold, so it was awful for us, our 7nights spent in this hotel were a complete nightmare; the hotel is supposed to have 4 stars but actually it has only 2 stars, in the dining area and on the hallway it smelled like toilet; the staff was great though but you could see they have been working for long hours and they are looked tired all the time; conclusion: I would never go back there again!!!

Decent hotel in a residential area
Was a nice little break, away from all the tourist areas, not far from the airport and Palma. Evening entertainment a little questionable. Pool areas well kept. plenty of seating (tho we went in Sep). Food not bad, some days good some days wasn't too keen, most staff speak english, french and german. General building could to with a bit of work. Room and facitities were all fine, really helpful having a mini fridge. Would recommmend, worth the money paid.

Nice hotel, but with very little to do nearby.
We stayed for 4 nights, found the first member of staff on reception to be quite rude and arrogant. The hotel was nice and clean. There was access to 2 pools as the indoor one was closed. The gym consisted of a few weights machines and a cross trainer, looks nothing like the pictures and found myself going for a run as the gym had no treadmill. Food prices for an evening meal was charged at €15pp if you weren’t all inclusive or half board. Found there was very little to do around the hotel and entertainment was always over and music off by 11pm each night, which left the atmosphere pretty dead. The closest beach was a 15 minute bus journey away, the beach was nice however found yourself being hassled by restaurant owners and looky looky men the whole time. Overall stay was pleasant.

Peaceful family hotel
The hotel is about 15 mins away from the airport and has free parking. On arrival the staff looked extremely overworked, so I didn't feel a warm greeting. We had a double twin bed room with a balcony facing the hotel swimming pool. The room and bathroom was well cleaned and presented. There were no TV channels in English. Bathroom was quite big with a bath/shower, toilet, wash basin and skin with a large mirror, yellow lighting. Hotel goodies included shampoo, soap, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste, sanitized glasses, towels and shower gel. Inside the cupboard there are two extra blankets, the bed has light cover sheets as it's quite hot during the day; and extra pillows. As well as a safe and hangers. the cupboard is big with two wardrobe spaces. We had a sofa in our room which turned out to be an extra bed. There is also a desk and chair. Balcony has washing lines for you to hang your swimwear. There is also an empty mini fridge in the room to chill your own food. Idli is about 10 min drive away. On leaving the hotel, we handed our keys in but there was no goodbye or come again exchange. Overall we were there for 3 nights and spent most our time out exploring. in terms of location the hotel is great, very easy to get to anywhere you want, but then again the Island is very small.

do not book travelocity.. i got the all inclusive when i booked, got to the hotel and they said it was not put on ky reservation.. called travelocity and theu did not give a sh** about it.. horrible costumer service.. the hotel is not a 4 star. is a 2 star.. the food was not too good.. is not around anything interesting.. the ac was not working.. told reception 2 times and they did not do anything about it.. the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pools close at 6pm.. they jave cheap entertainment everyday from 9pm to 12.. .all and all it was ok.. but like i said before not a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing overall
The hotel is says it is 4 star on the outside, it is clearly not that! The hotel is geared up for mainly for Spanish, German and French which is not a problem, but you should be aware when booking. The breakfast is adequate. Bed and pillows were very comfortable Our room was clean and of a decent size, however all of the rooms that overlook the pool area suffer from the entertainment which goes on until between 11.30 and midnight, then the remnants of the customers talking etc until they go to bed. You definitely require transport as the hotel is nowhere near the beach or indeed any real shops. There is however a small "mall" about 5 minutes walk away. All in all it reminded me of hotels where we used to stay when we first started travelling abroad in the seventies. Fortunately we were only there for 3 nights, Our A/c did not work, we told the desk but nothing was done.

Wonderful experience. Good parking, very good breakfast, big buffet. Don't miss the evening show: Sabor de Brasil. Well located. However, it can get noisy at night because of the proximity of the balconies.

Please do not be fooled by the pictures you see. Myself and my friend had an absolutely horrible time staying at the so called "BEST" Delta hotel. We were not provided with good customer service as you would expect travelling from another country, wouldn't you want foreigners to feel welcome? Well no they didn't think that at all. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The cleaner did not clean our room everyday, we had to go downstairs to tell them to have it clean, but we saw the cleaner in the room next door..(magically skipped our room?). We were not given fresh towels everyday. The toilet did not flush properly (sometimes not at all - was an absolute nightmare) we literally have to stand their for 3-4 mins after doing our business just for it to flush. There was no water or kettle with complimentary tea or coffee provided, I have to go downstairs to the bar everyday just for hot water and the bar man roles his eyes and talks in Spanish (sounding quite aggressive) just for a cup of hot water (which they give to me in a plastic cup). There were 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools, you cannot go in to the outdoor swimming pool at any time (unless you want to catch pneumonia) it was ridiculously cold.

Nice hotel, great breakfast and dinner.
We loved staying at this hotel. Only drawback we booked a double room but had to stay in a twin room. Apparently, they only have one double bed room available on each floor!! So, when we asked to be moved we were turned down since the hotel was fully booked. Apart from that well happy. Good value for money.

This hotel is a basic large hotel, the rooms were clean and pretty well equipped, we just had room only but after having a drink in the bar it seems to be mainly all inclusive here, reception staff (well we only dealt with one a lady, same one in the evening and again at check out) not the friendliest she was looking on her mobile when we tried to greet her and continued to do for a minute or two then no Hola just a Yes, on checking out I said Gracias Adios and she just grunted at us, so certainly don't expect a warm welcome here but overall as a cheap stop over it was good!!!

Noise till late hours. Staff not bothered.
We stayed there for 6 nights and except for the first night, every night until late hours there was a party noise coming from downstairs. It's ok if you are prepared to sleep during the day however, if you're visiting with small kids, this place isn't for you. We had people partying just right above our room till early morning. Desperate to sleep, we decided to report it to the night shift staff. They could do anything about it even promised us to deal with it very soon. Back home tired even more due to sleepless nights. OK if you're a party animal, great, going there with kids could make holiday hell.

Great relaxing stay
Although there is not much nightlife in the local area there is everything you may need. Pharmacy, Supermarket, restaurants, bank, fruit and veg store. I suggest renting a car for local waterparks, Palma and airport. all within 15 mins.

This is now our 3rd time we have stayed at the Hotel Delta. Sadly it will be our last. the hotel has always had a quirky feel to it, a bit stuck in the 80’s. it also had a bit of a small sport theme to it; tennis courts and cycle club. Which we liked and great food. When we arrived the hotel has had some renovation works carried out (external painting, new carpets and the room refurbished) however is this was all outweighed by the other issues; The hotel hot water was not working for 2 days, which the staff did not seem to care about. also the Jacuzzi, Sauna and indoor pool were not working. entertainment was poor and the entertainment stall just wondered around aimlessly. There was some all-inclusive issues as well; you could not get a drink after 11.30pm unless you paid and to get your food you had to show a small piece of paper at the restaurant even when you had the all-inclusive wrist band on. All drinks were served in small plastic glass even larger was in small plastic glass. The ground floor WC smelt as did the lifts.

Its a the right place for a chill out
The best delta is located approx 15 minutes from the airport ( its either a taxis between 23 -30 euros or 2 local buses to get to hotel - bus stop right outside the hotel ) - The hotel itself is a very modern 4 star hotel -the rooms are stylishly furnished and very clean again very modern with a balconies -views of the sea ,which is a short walk away are very limited Their are 2 outdoor pools one lower pool and the other is a higher terraced pool both have bars which also provided snacks - note their is a backdrop of music -ranging from 90's soul and jazz / soft pop classics/ salsa latin and spanish played throughout the day by the pools . Their is a TV lounge -Gym - indoor poor - Sauna - and a hairdressers on site as well as access to cheap car hire service ( £99 for 3 days car hire ) . The hotel is sweetly sat within a suntrap . we went all inclusive - which is pretty good - so its your local spirits and tranditional soft drinks - quality ice creams -bottle water and then your snacks - breakfast -lunch and dinner but if you are coming from the uk looking for a full english breakfast - unfortunately you will not find it here , but its close and its tasty - you wont go hungry . food is varied as the hotel does try and caiters for european pallet

We booked a family room and full board. When we ate lunch the first day we ordered a beer and a bottle of water. When we came back to the restaurant for dinner, somebody told us to pay the drinks from lunch eventhough we had full board. In Germany water is often inclusive when you book full board. We understood the request of the payment for the beer but not the water. Neither Expedia nor the Hotel wrote in the description that full board does not include drinks. Besides that the next beach is one 20 minute hike away and you may wanna bring bathing shoes because there is no way you can go barefoot in the water. The pros for the hotel are the pools with slides and the buffet in the restaurant. If you don't mind paying for all the drinks or to book all inclusive directly and just wanna have a hotel with a nice pool and you just wanna enjoy the weather then the hotel is okay. If you want more you should book somewhere else. The next shopping opportunity is far away, in llucmajor is just a supermarket.
