Everything was great but the outdoor pool is still under construction so that loses a few points. But overall great hotel.

An excellent art themed hotel located very close to restaurants and bars and only 15 mins walk to old town or a 4 min taxi ride. Francesca, the receptionist, made the stay extra comfortable and tended to our every needs. The pool and spa facilities are excellent too. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning never made the room cold. Cool at best, even flat out running for two days. Made sleeping at night uncomfortable. The arrangement of the bath/shower is tight. There is only a small gap between the toilet and sink and the step into the bath. If its slippery then standby for kicking one or the other. Would it not be too hard in today's electronic age to have an English speaking channel on TV? There are some but the transmission is poor. Rock FM radio for entertainment is all I got.

Perfect choice for Palma stay
Hotel Armadams is a great choice for staying in Palma. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The guest room was very attractive and the hotel has plenty of character. An easy stroll to the seafront and marina and walking distance to all the central sights.

Hotel was clean and well stocked. Air Conditioning didnt work as well as we would of liked and slept with the window open, nice evening for it at least... Good Location only there overnight so can't comment on the amenities of the hotel

hotel staff fantastic. It’s in a close area for most restaurants bars . Spa facilities great but no rail to get in jacuzzi. In the room bath beds are comfortable but no English US tv after breaking leg slipping in spa Reception very helpful small bar Overall totally recommend

A good hotel with great facilities, helpful staff and the location although not right on the seafront was only a short walk from great restaurants, bars marina etc.

Fine for a few days
When we arrived we were given a room which hadn't been refurbished. The room appeared clean but there was a horrible smell and it looked dated. I requested to be moved and the reception staff tried to convince me to stay in the room because it had a terrace, the terrace wasn't worth staying for so I refused. Receptionist was rude but moved us and the second room was much better. Hotel is in a good location, short walk to the centre. We had breakfast included but it isn't worth 14 euros per person, very limited selection. On our 3rd day a large group arrived and took over the pool area which is small. Although the group were only having a drink and talking they were intimidating towards older guests who opted to leave. We stayed put as there was nowhere else for us to sunbathe. The group leave a lot of mess when they left to go on a booze cruise and hotel staff were completely unaware of the mess and the feelings of the other guests as no one checks the pool area. This hotel was fine for the 4 nights we were there but wouldn't want to be there much longer.

Hotel was great, indoor and outdoor pools were lots of fun for the kids. But at check-out there were additional items on the bill that were not there previous evening and had not been agreed. With taxi waiting to airport just have to pay.

Great hotel near to harbour, lovely pool
This hotel is a great option if you don't mind not being directly on the harbour and promenade. The hotel outdoor pool is lovely, particularly in the morning and early afternoon when it is in the sunshine. The indoor pool and spa looked good but we didn't use them with it being such lovely weather. The staff on reception are really helpful - booking taxis, giving advice on buses and places to go.

Lovely relaxing hotel in busy Palma
Stayed here for three nights before heading off to Sa'Coma for a beach holiday, Lovely staff nothing too much trouble hotel in a great location a little tired around the edges in places but lovely and clean huge comfortable beds, No tea making facility's for that wake up cuppa so you need room service!

Fantastic hotel
We absolutely loved the Hotel Armadams. The location was perfect for us - close to Santa Catalina and only a 25 minute walk to the centre of town. The immediate area was great, we found our perfect bakery 50 yards down the road and a couple of fantastic local restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly but professional, the hotel was spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was plentiful and varied. Our room had a lovely roof terrace with an amazing view across the city. The shower pressure was brilliant and the spa bath a luxurious surprise. The highlight of the hotel was the incredible architecture and art collection throughout - each space and wall was filled 'to perfection'. We will definitely be back!

You get what you pay for!!
To preface this review, I arrived at the hotel at midnight and was checked out by 10am (I flew in for work) so take what I say with this in mind. The room was big which was a plus, and the bathroom was good. It was quite warm so I went to put the air con on, but found it was hot! When I mentioned this on checking out the man at reception said that the fan in my room could only be whatever all the other rooms were set to (hot or cold) and at the time, early April, it was set for hot! So I opened the window to cool the room down and managed! The breakfast was pretty poor to be fair - I only ate cereal and a bit of fruit as the rest of it looked pretty ropey. I never got the chance to try the gym or the pool so I can't comment, and the staff were fine, although my interaction with them was minimal Overall, you get what you pay for and this hotel was fine for the price. A good budget option if you don't want to pay too much and don't mind an average hotel

Good value for money.
We had a pleasant stay at the Armadams. The female receptionist with glasses was very helpful and friendly - the men who work there could do with observing her on a shift and improving their customer service! The rooms were clean and comfortable - basic but they had all we needed, including a large terrace.The indoor pool and jacuzzi were too cold - having this facility was the reason we chose the hotel, so that was a shame. The area near the hotel isn't attractive but it was fine and only a short walk into the city or to the marina. We had a nice time but it was the winter sunshine, being away and the cervesa and tapas in the city which helped us to have a great time, more than the hotel. It was good value for money and you get what you pay for - 2 rooms for 4 nights for £450. Breakfast wasn't included and we chose to either buy croissants and eat them on our terrace or the "colonial cafe" down the road did nice, cheaper breakfast.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the water
We occupied a four-person room and it was quite comfortable. There would have been room for another bed to be rolled in, if the hotel offers that. The mini-fridge was convenient for drinks and the room was nice and clean. We did not take the time to use the jetted tub in our room, but we did go down to the indoor pool for a quick dip. The swimming area had a little pool, jetted tub, sauna, Turkish Bath and showers. One shallow pool was out of order (Nov 2016.) There were several restaurants with a variety of options within walking distance, as well as grocers for a quick snack. We chose to park the rental car on the street, but there is also a parking garage at the hotel entrance.

Ok but away from the centre
We only stayed there one night before coming home. It's a bit out of the way, but the No 3 bus takes you to then centre. Hotel is a bit dated. Not a 4 star as stated. The room was spacious and clean. We didn't eat there so can't rate the food. The area is quiet. The hotel lacked atmosphere and ambiance.

Functional business hotel
This is a well located,soulless business hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable but I would recommend upgrading to the soundproofed rooms since it is very noisy! Beware of room 110 - it overlooks the lift lobby and thus necessitates keeping the curtains closed and being in constant darkness. The staff were permanantly miserable but reasonably helpful when prompted. The wifi rarely worked during our 6 day stay

Very good hotel
We had a great room on top floor with the beautiful panoramic view. There was a roof terrace great for sunbathing, As far as we know most rooms come witch such a terrace. There are tea making facilities in the room which is very handy. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Indoor pool is a nice addition when weather is not great (we were staying in March) and we have been using it almost every day. There is a supermarket 5 min walk up the main street so shopping wasn't a problem. There is a direct bus (stop almost in front of the main entance) to the town center. In general we had a very pleasent stay.

Pleasant stay in a charming great value hotel
I spent 3 nights in this charming hotel. It was excellent value with great facilities (2 small pools and a sauna and gym) and the staff were helpful and polite. Although the building is beginning to show it's age slightly, it was clean and very comfortable. It's situated a pleasant 10-15 walk from Palma Old town. The only really negative points were the confusing layout and the less than overwhelming breakfast (but I think this may be common in Spain). Great for a few days stay or on business.
