The staff were all amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I was travelling alone so the room was perfect for me. Some things I didn’t quite like was that the ceiling lights dangled past head height directly above the side tables, so I ended up banging the back of my head every time I bent down to pick up something off the table. The back of the shower is a pane of frosted glass directly next to the bed, if you are travelling with your partner then it would be ok, anyone else then you would be able to see the persons silhouette when showering, finally the balcony overlaps the neighbours so you can jump over into the other property making it a bit unsafe if the balcony door is left open.

I had a single room, for one night, out of season (Easter) - I was really impressed with the hotel and its setting. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very efficient. I’d definitely look to stay there again. The choice at breakfast was excellent. The value for money was exceptional.

Staff was very unprofessional, stiff with protocol and judgmental towards guest (I heard several staff members doing it while together and amongst themselves, not worrying about me being around and being a guest myself). Everything’s has to be their own way even if not previously advised how it should be, it is a constant discovery of what is not right and a constant lack of resolution oriented organization. Hotel is nice and decently positioned, but to spoil a guest’s experience takes a minute and they did it plenty of times in a period of just a 2 nights stay.

Excellent breakfast, excellent sky bar and small pool space, the space around the bigger pool was often taken at pick times but was not a big issue thanks to the alternative. Excellent interiors. If I had to come to Palma again I would probably choose the same hotel. Only downside, the restaurants around are too bias toward pleasing most frequent consumers (eg German English). Not too easy to eat a polpo gallego, extremely easy to find KFG ect

Not a trustworthy hotel
Turned up and neither of my booked double rooms were available. It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and seemingly their system was wrong. After 1.5 hours my husband and son were given one room thanks to a no show and I was eventually moved a couple of miles away to a single room in a sister hotel. They refused to pay my taxi back to meet my family. I asked for some money back given I had slept in a single room but paid for a double room and the manager angrily shouted at me! After proving my booking he Eventually believing me and asked me to email and promised to sort it. The hotel ignored my email. Hotel.com contacted them to refund me and they agreed. I am still waiting. Not to be trusted.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in early September. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Great location as well.

The place is nice, keep in mind the toilet and shower don’t have as much privacy as they’re not a separate room but more like integrated within the bedroom

Great for solo traveler
Lovely boutique hotel. Food was amazing. Buffet style but far from generic. No Aircon due to the of year but door open sorted a cool breeze. Lovely vibe and perfect location.

Great hotel, stylish, clean and close to beach
Has the atmosphere of a health spa, stylish decor and all looked to be in great condition. Was surprised it was this good for the price. Lovely pool and bar with reasonable prices. We went in April so it felt pretty calm. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was beautifully clean and well maintained. Plenty if choice of food and good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of little niggles - having to pay extra to use the safe in the room? Having to leave a deposit for use of a kettle and use of pool towels? Lovely hotel though with a boutique feel. Enjoyed my stay. Be aware though, the shower and toilet 'cubicles' enter directly into the bedroom (not a separate bathroom, just glass doors between them and the bedroom).

Superb 5* hotel!!
This hotel is absolutely fantastic!! The staff are so attentive and professional. Every inch of the hotel and pool is immaculate and clean. There were always sun loungers by the pool and the hotel has a no reservation sunbed policy which ensures there’s always space. The food was incredible. I have a gluten allergy the staff provided fresh baked gluten free bread and delicious chocolate brownie. Valentina the head waitress always took time to explain which dishes I was able to eat. There was always so much choice despite my dietary restrictions. The location of the hotel is excellent it’s between Can Pastilla and S Arenal. We had a partial sea view with a lovely floating chair. The balcony had sun from 11am until sunset. This hotel should be a 5* and I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca.
