Great hotel, with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff were all so friendly, great pool area and we loved that there was a spa area to use, which was perfect when we had a rainy day.

This hotel is outstanding. Well appointed rooms, with plenty of USB ports for charging phones, etc. Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff, including Melanie, Esperanza, and Carmen in reception, and housekeeping and restaurant staff. One short block to beach. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Alcudia.

Poor service
Never have I ever asked for room service (towels, toothbrush) and had to go down to the lobby myself and pick them up. Never have I ever asked for extra blankets, was told to come down to the lobby, and was given just the bed sheets. Then had to go downstairs AGAIN to ask for the actual blankets. Excellent room and kind staff but poor service

Lovely quality boutique hotel - right in the heart of the Port area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep as well as the beach. Loved the atmosphere and staff, will definitely be back if we can!

4 Star at best, certainly not 5. Beds pretty basic and bit lumpy. Totally understaffed. Only one person on front desk the whole day and night, doing everything, including spa bookings and towels. Disorganised no milk or toaster in buffet, Steam room broken for whole trip etc. Pretty basic

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, from the staff to the rooms to the spa to the excellent breakfast options. We went early in the season, so it was quieter than it would be during peak summer but that was perfect for my friend and I as we were looking for a relaxing break. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are many good restaurant options within a very short walking distance, especially in the direction of the marina. The hotel is on a side road that gets a fair bit of traffic but that's only really apparent when you're by the pool. This didn't bother us, but it might be a deal-breaker for some guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked last minute as an add-on to our stay in Mallorca & Alcúdia Port Suites did not disappoint. LOCATION Situated just off the first row of buildings to the beach, Alcúdia Port Suites is ideally situated near the port, beach, great restaurants & Alcúdia town center. Parking might be a bit difficult here, but luckily we had a Mini Cooper & found a spot right beside the hotel. CHECK-IN The reception staff was nice and accommodating. They offer you champagne & water upon arrival. ROOM We found the room layout to be extremely ideal. We liked that it was separated into 4 quadrants - Bedroom, Living, Desk/Coffee/Closet, Bathroom. The entire room can be opened up to make it feel like one spacious room or partitioned off for privacy. If you are a group of not super close friends, maybe this isn't the room for you as the bathroom cannot be closed off. FOOD/RESTAURANT We did not try FACILITIES They have a spa & hammam that is open for use. This is a nice extra bonus. They also have a pool for a more relaxing water experience minus all the fuss of sand. CHECK-OUT It was a nice touch that even though check-out is at Noon, they offer to keep your luggages, give you beach towels & you can shower and change in the spa. It's really helpful especially if you have a later flight or your check-in somewhere else is later in the day.

Great service and amazing room. It's the little things, like having charging outlets all around the apartment and a super clean room that made the difference. Everyone was very friendly and the service in the pool area was great too. Also loved the Spa!

Overall our stay was good, I don’t feel the hotel is 5* but it was still nice. We were upgraded to a suite which suited our needs and expectations better than the standard room, I felt as though the money we paid per night was more aligned with the suite room. The suite had little extra touches such as more space, more plug sockets, double sink, double balcony.

The hotel is in an excellent location near to the beach and lots of restaurants & bars. The condition of the hotel is immaculate and there is a very calm atmosphere throughout. I would recommend the roof top suite with private sun-loungers and jacuzzi.! Quality of food at breakfast was very good although the made to order hot food was not always consistent on portion sizes so be specific. Overall an excellent holiday and we will recommend to others

A lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Our room was really lovely and huge, the air conditioning was very quiet when we needed it at night. The pool area is very nice with lots of room for everyone. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one evening and it was really delicious. Couple in 40s from Dublin, Ireland

The property was clean and modern and in a great location, breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would have liked was that the tea and coffee was replenish when used rather than having to pay extra, Although there is a supermarket across the road where these can be bought!

Everything was perfect, location was nice- literally right in front of Alcudia beach. Staffs were friendly. We've tried two restaurants they recommended and loved them all. Breakfast was also nice, room had views. One small drawback is that shower was in the middle of the room and had no walls to cover. I guess they probably have rooms with shower inside the bathroom so ask before you stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel definitely worth the money
Absolutely amazing hotel ! Best hotel in the area, beautiful and new and lovely features. Room was beautiful and great views. Quiet hotel in a busy area and lovely pool. Breakfast was great, service was the best I have ever had in any hotel in the world. Cant reccommend them highly enough, couldnt do enough for us !
