Just stayed for 8 days at hotel amaraigua, and honestly the most significant factor into my 5 star review was the STAFF!! They are absolutely incredible: they were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful 24/7. German Bustos specifically, who DJs many of the evening events, was beyond kind & fun, and just generally awesome. Will absolutely be coming back next year.

Clean comfortable hotel on the beach.
Driving to the hotel through Malgrat de Mar there was graffiti everywhere and several unfinished buildings. The railway runs along the main rd and the hotel is situated the other side of that on the beach. To be fair we did not hear the trains when out the back of the hotel. On arrival the reception was clean but small and had 2 very busy staff. The reception is manned 24 hrs a day but these 2 staff are the only ones who speak English. Our original room was on the ground floor with a balcony which was open to the central through fair and court yard. We did not feel it was safe or private and the door did not lock the way it should. The hotel was full so we were unable to move for 2 days. Once we moved to the first floor we felt much happier. The move was very efficient and the staff very helpful. Every evening there was entertainment until 11.30. This was of good quality and we could watch from our balcony or court yard. No way you could have an early night though. The food was of very poor canteen style quality with an occasional good side dish or desert. It was very repetitive with poor cuts of meat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotels location on the beach was perfect. The sea crystal blue and warm. The beach clean and flat then steeply slope to the sea, which makes it deep quickly for swimming. Our room was cleaned well every day. You can hire beach towels, safe key and air con controller for the week. We parked for free in front of hotel.

Europe in one hotel
Amaraigua has to be one of the best staffed hotels I have stayed at. Friendly and efficient people who seemed to really care that you have a good holiday. Food, drink and accommodation all very good and the hotel is in an ideal location set on the beach. My one complain would be that the hotel do not seem to enforce the adult only rule. Young teenagers walking round with rainbow coloured inflatables did not quite chime with the overall image.

Small hotel with a good beach location
A Small hotel with a great location on the beach, the hotel was modern and clean, the only area that could have done with further cleaning was the small splash pool. All inclusive drinks were great with no limit on how many you could get, in the evening it would have been nice to have a glass rather than the plastic cups but because the main area for entertainment was outside we could understand why. Entertainment team could have done more during the day maybe getting people up to have competitive games of the darts etc they just put the stuff out on the table and left it there, perhaps a quiz or bingo during the day would have been nice. All inclusive food is as you would expect in any hotel always warm with a decent choice. Only criticism would be the rooms, clean and modern however the bed was rock hard and only one pillow which was very thin, almost as thin as the walls you could hear every noise and if someone was taking a shower it felt like the boiler was above your head which wasn't great at 6:30am. Overall an ok budget holiday for a few days

The hotel is good. Food quality and restaurant staff and service excellent. Drinks quality and choice good. Bar service varied between good and bad dependent on which member off staff was on duty. Rooms very good. Grounds and grass areas in need of attention. Good value. Recommended.

Hotel Amaraigua exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic week in the sun. The hotel is right on the beach. There is an abundance of activities to get involved in during the day and at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked and the food is agreeable. The rooms are basic but clean. The location is good with the train station a 10 minute stroll away. Bars, restaurants and shops are all very close. I would highly recommend this hotel to a young or old couple looking for a bit of fun on their holiday.

2 members of staff were not helpful even had bad attitude The cleaner left a fake eyelash in or bathroom on the sink when I told the reception and showed her she said thank you I wi tell the cleaner ! Food was ok if you can eat se after same every day Beach is a stoney one hurts you feet I wanted to walk along the sand in the sea, no chance ... You are next to a railway line which is running till late so can't have the balcony door open in night as too noisy Other then that it was ok !!!!

Brilliant trip really enjoyed every minute of it.
It was our first all inclusive holiday, cannot say enough good things about it. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. Food was great, hotel lovely and weather gorgeous. Booked a trip to Barcelona through hotel and had a great time seeing this beautiful city.

Very Disapointed
Terrible smell in the front entrance of hotel. This was also in our room in the toilet. My wife was sick with the smell. We did not complain as we were only there for 5 days . Would not go back to this hotel or Malgrat De Mar as resort was very quiet and not a lot to do . We never complain as sometimes your holiday is good and sometimes its not so good. The smell made a big difference as it really affected our holiday and the room were we stayed.

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Das Hotel hat keinerlei Standards betreffend der Sauberkeit bis hin zur Verpflegung. Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer nicht komplett gereinigt, es lagen noch schwarze Haare auf dem Boden des Badezimmers und Sand- und Steinreste vom Strand auf dem Boden des Zimmers. Die Wände waren teilweise mit erschlagenen Mückenresten verschmiert. Die Reinigung des Zimmers fand erst nach dem dritten Tag, aber auch erst auf Nachfrage unserer Seite statt und dann auch wiederum nicht komplett sondern nur der Schlafraum. Das Bad wurde währen des gesamten Aufenthalts kein Mal gereinigt. Teilweise roch es im ganzen Hotel nach Abfluß. Das Essen kann man auch nur als suboptimal und sehr eintönig bezeichnen. Die Auswahl der Speisen war immer gleich und geschmacklich auch sehr eintönig, weder richtig gewürzt noch richtig durch- oder übergart. Das Abendprogramm wiederholte sich im ständigen Rhytmus mit den gleichen Veranstaltungen und an einigen Tagen war die Lärmbelästigung so intensiv, daß man sich in einer Partyhochburg wähnte. Aufgrund der sehr ungenügenden Zustände sind wir zwei Tage früher abgereist, da an eine entspannte Urlaubszeit nicht mehr zu denken war.

nous avons réservé 3 chambres au mème tarif et les 3 chambres étaient de tailles tres différentes ainsi que les salles de bains. Une seul chambre était de taille correcte. Pas de place pour ranger nos affaires ,manque de placard, clime qui faisait du bruit en pleine nuit, bruit a l'étage, manque de pression d'eau. Piscine non surveillé donc les ados faisaient ce qu'ils voulaient. le personnel super sympa. Les repas étaient corrects ,les heures de repas un peu courts.

Problème de chambre la première journée si on vous donne la chambre 118 refusez la tout de suite! Il a fallut réclamer 3 fois et qu'on menace de repartir le jour meme pour avoir une autre chambre le lendemain. Peu d'animation la journée.

Un hôtel très agréable.
Hôtel idéalement situé sur la plage dans une pinède. Notre chambre était spacieuse, tout confort, avec un balcon vue mer et espace "animations". Donc forcément un peu animé mais c'est sympa, on est en vacances! Un grand merci au personnel très agréable bien que ne parlant pas français sauf à la réception.(un problème de fourmis dans la chambre a été résolu tout de suite) La restauration est variée et de qualité sauf les jus de fruits.A tous les repas on peut déguster crêpes et omelettes( petit déjeuner),planchas de viandes, poissons et légumes cuisinés devant vous. Un point à améliorer:l'insonorisation des chambres (surtout pour les claquements des portes dans les couloirs) On reviendra certainement dans cet hôtel où nous avons passé un super séjour!

Très bon hôtel à recommander sur la plage ! Chambre spacieuse très propres All inclusive avec SVP du mousseux au petit déjeuner et de vrais crêpes faites devant vous. Le buffet est petit mais largement suffisant et de bonne qualité . La piscine petite maos on est sur la plage. Hôtel super qualité prix sauf di l'on vient pour la gastronomie! Seul problème les touristes pas très sympas qui se lèvent à l'aube pour réserver les transats... À recommander.

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed.
Vi var så heldige at få hotellets bedste værelse øverst oppe på 3. sal med panorama udsigt over vandet. Vi havde næsten egen tagterrasse og vågnede op til havets brusen. Maden på hotellet var glimrende og der var altid nok af den. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold :-)

Petit hotel sympathique ,propre,l'emplacement sur la plage idéal ,le personnel très gentil et toujours serviable . Nous étions début Juin et nous n'avions absolument aucune animation je suppose qu'elle n'existe qu'en pleine saison,mais la ville permet de s'occuper à l'extérieur . Par contre n'y allez pas si vous aimez bien manger,au niveau quantité pas de problème mais la qualité et la variété ne sont pas au rendez vous, nous étions plutôt à la cantine et surtout aucune cuisine locale,dommage ! Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances .

En las fotos parecía un hotel mucho más moderno y acogedor. Al entrar me decepcionó bastante porque no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. La habitación era básica. No funcionaba un aplique, aunque nos cambiaron la bombilla enseguida. En la reserva constaba que la habitación tenía secador y no fue así. El baño estaba lleno de hormigas.

It is a very nice small hotel with friendly, helpful and polite staff. We liked them all.The hotel has a perfect location right on the beach. Rooms were after recontruction, so we had a very beautiful modern room with great big bathroom. Almost all the rooms have seaview. Food was also tasty and we can´t complain at all.The surrounding of the hotel was also very nice, the train road wasn´t bathering at all. For children, they have miniclub with nice staff. I believe that we will come again.
