We booked this room in advance, an hour before we turned up to the property we still had no codes send to access the apartment. We made our way to the apartment and waited for an hour no response we tried calling the number for 2 hours no response. Guys a proper knob

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This was an absaloute nightmare from start to finish! Booked the stay earlier in the week, by the night before had still not received check in instructions. When chasing this up, were told they would not provide them until they received payment (which had been made to hotels.com at the time of booking). Spent at least two hours on hold during three phone calls to hotels.com on the day of check in, each time being assured that the problem would be resovled. Finally received the access codes at 4.30pm on the day (Check in was supposed to be from 3pm). On arrival, the couple that live within the other flat in the house, were in the process of moving in!! Had to wait for another while as they called the owner and moved their belongings back out again. Other issues (like the inner access code not working so having to leave it insecure with our belongings so that we could get back in, and wifi password being incorrect were also just par for the course). Never again there, or with hotels.com!!
