We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. The hotel did what it was intended to do, give us a close, clean place to sleep and shower. They did recently upgrade the ac unit and it worked great!

At four in the morning, the joining room still had the volume really high on the TV. I did call the front office, they talked to them, but it was not long and the volume on the TV went back up. It was definitely not quiet all night. It is not anything the hotel was responsible for. The room was amazing. I requested a first floor I use a walker, and the bathroom was big and accommodating.

They have a curb by check in that is maybe 4 inches difference in parking and sidewalk, it's hard to see the difference and i fell into their brick wall resulting in a trip to the ER. They REALLY need to have that area clearly marked! The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly.

We showed up late and just wanted a place to sleep and shower. The shower half mod in it and the caulking was missing across the bottom of the tub. Very dirty so couldn’t even shower.

I was in town for a wedding, so not alot of choices on where to stay. Folks at the front desk are nice, room was clean. The trash truck banging dumpsters at 4 am wasn't so nice. Coffee packets very old, so much so, creamer was rock hard. Went to the front office for their "continental breakfast", old bananas, coffee, warm yogurt, cherios, toast was about it, in a tiny area, yeah, I passed......

Clean, comfortable small hotel. Breakfast minimal. Family business. Not fancy. Smallish rooms, but nice beds. Desk clerk spoke little English. Overall 2 stars is a good rating for the property. Very convenient to RenFest.

Overall stay was good. I feel price is too high though. I did like that there was a microwave and fridge, and the wooden floors are very nice and clean. Rest of room was clean. The air conditioning was very cool, so that was great. The lighting in the bathroom mirror area is really bad, so it was hard to do makeup. The bed was hard and pillows very thin. Breakfast only lasts til 9. There are train tracks nearby, heard trains occasionally, only heard once in middle of night.

Paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi type bathtub. However, after filling the tub getting in and pushing the start button several times for about five minutes, could not get it to start. Reported the problem the next morning to the front desk. The attendant went to the room and could not get it to start either. She called someone and explained the problem who told her how to start it. She did finally get it to work and told me “sorry” you couldn’t get it to work. Have a nice day. Otherwise everything else was as expected.

First off remember you’re in old Magnolia,TX when reading this review… I’m completely comparing it to the surrounding town. Check in was fast friendly and simple. My room was fresh, remodeled, welcoming and clean. There is a small ice machine and vending area onsite as well as within walking distance a grocery store dollar store several restaurants and fast food. I believe there is a liquor store and tobacco shop as well. They do have a pool it was clean and the area itself was clean and tidy. Itself had a couple missing tiles but nothing hazardous. They do offer breakfast but I slept in but typically coffee juice waffles cereal fruit ect. Check out was also seem less. I’m rating it 5 stars because it met all of the needs of a 5 star resort would lol but in a little corner of a small town in Texas town way.

The only positive thing I can say about my stay here was that the toilet seat was new.....Seriously.....TV didn't work, wifi didn't work, bed was the worst imaginable, musty smell to the whole place. Do not....I repeat, Do not stay here.

We have finest bed in all our rooms we don’t know what is wrong in bed . Our wi fi works well and tv is good . We don’t what you did with tv that took us 22minutes to fix the tv. You also unplugged our fridge and didn’t let us know. We take care of our property very well.

This is a lower end property, more of a motel than a hotel. Continental breakfast was very limited. The up side, the bed was extremely comfortable and the price was quite low. Overall a very adequate accommodation this was a work trip, not a vacation, so it fit the needs of my stay.
