The shuttle is only free from the airport. There are only a few complimentary shuttles back to the airport, otherwise you pay for the transfer. No food on the compound or near the compound. The area around the hotel is not great.

Great location, clean, wait staff in the restaurants are lovely and friendly. Great having taxis outside the hotel. Staff in the Cinnamon bar could be more friendly towards customers. Some consistency with cocktails and food coming out of the kitchen would be good (eg. jerk pasta was very different the two times I had it- had it again as it was so nice the first time). All in all a great place to stay and would stay here again.
