"When I first got to the hotel to check in, the lady that checked us in was very rude. We got the room and our floor where the air-conditioner was located was completely soaked and wet. The room had a molded smell to it and we always check around the bed and the mattress was really stained and dirty looking. I went back to the front desk to notify staff of the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but offer a fan for the room. They stated all rooms were full and we were out of luck. I was really disappointed being this was a Wyndham property."
