Okay. Nice staff.
Staff is very friendly and willing to help and give information. Bathroom would give raw sewage smell even when it wasn’t used and fans on the room did not work. Needed to open windows which wasn’t ideal. Definite issue with bugs as well.

Small Room, great breakfast and check in
The reception was amazing. The people at the front Desk, specially on the weekend I arrived were top notch, and very accommodating. The breakfast was good, witha delicious baguette and croissants. Bus services by the door, and very calm neighbourhood.

The Ibis budget is definitely a budget hotel! However it does what it says on the tin! It was perfectly acceptable without any of the frills one would get in a more up market hotel.

Half of the staff rude, half kind. Location soso.
The hotel has a very confusing and small parking near the door and a very confusing car parking below the hotel. You need to press a doorbell to get access to the car park. We did and reception opened the car park door. After parking we wanted to go to reception with the lift. However, reception was unwilling to allow this, nor gave us any indication. We were just waiting for nothing. After a while one if us left the car park all the way the car came from and went through the front door. The receptionist did not even apologize but just stated that we could have parked at the front. He also was very rude. After that all was fine. When we did not have bedsheets for our sun, there was another receptionist who was very kind. All in all it was ok. Location is so so. There are no restaurants nearby and there is construction going on.

Stay for Europa League Final
Hotel was ideal for putting head down and nothing more. Typical ibis style with poor toilets and shower. However, the hotel was clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not bad.
Basic. Polite staff. Apparently clean, poor lighting, no chair at desk, decent internet. One piece molded plastic bathroom with no toilet lid.

A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que l’ascenseur était en panne et que l’accès piéton entre le parking et l’hôtel était condamné alors que nous avions pourtant réservé un emplacement de stationnement. Du coup nous circulons sous une pluie battante dans la rampe de parking avec notre enfant de 5 ans. La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur une arrière cour remplie de déchets de chantier en tout genre, raison pour laquelle l’accès au parking n’était pas possible. Bref, mauvaise expérience.

Nous avions une odeur dégoût dans la chambre, pas de lates sur le lit du coup hyper mal dormis, mal au dos et pas de chauffage donc on est tomber malade, le personnel pas aimable dire bonjour c’est trop compliquer !

Bonjour, l'hôtel au regard du prix des chambres est surréaliste et pde plus plus proche d'un Formule 1 avec des prix de 170 € la nuit ! et même affiché à 220 € en extérieur. Le parking n'est pas sécurisé (porte de garage défoncée !) Le personnel d'accueil la nuit est malgré tout sympathique et accueillant. Pour info j'ai oublié me affaire salle dans un sac laundry, appelé l'après-midi meme le vendredi 24/11 et on m'a jeté en demandant de rappelr le lendemein car la gouvernant n'était pas là ! J'ai rappelé le samedi 25/11 pour m'apprendre qu'il n'y avait rien de trouvé !!! de 500 € de vêtements salle. Certe de ma responsabilité, mais ne montre aucun désir de faire de la publicité et la photo d'accompagnement de ce message m'est inconnue dans l'Hotel ! Très dessus et je ne ferai pas de publicité, bien au contraire. Cordialement
