"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"Stayed with my family, we liked it and I would say above average/good (Not Excellent) as there are few things needs attention and fixed: Very uncomfortable sofa bed (uneven steel frame), wobbly toilet seat and broken chester drawer panel. "The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back"

"My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok.
