As a family of five adults and a 3 year old we had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were lucky enough to all have rooms with amazing views over the Lake. The Hotel is lovely and staff very helpful. All our beds were turned down each night and chocolates put on the pillows. For us it was a very special stay.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms (3rd floor) are what you expect in Europe but clean none the less. The location is perfect for all you want to see in Lucerne. There is a good little coffee shop at the end of the street too, excellent bircher muesli. I would stay here again, especially at such great prices!
My husband and I loved this hotel, very central to the beautiful town. People commented that the rooms were super small, but we were completely fine with it. Everything was within walking distance. We had a rental car and so for overnight parking, you need to go up the street a bit, no biggie, just noting for future travellers. :)

We stayed on night in Munich after visiting several countries over a three week period. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed to breakfast that came with our room. The bed was comfortable and we were able to adjust the temperature to get it cool enough to sleep under the duvet. Our only complain would be the location of the hotel. It was on a street with a street cars and buses and two lanes in each direction. There was nothing appealing about the street at all. We were in a room at the back of the hotel so there was no road noise. We walked to a nicer area abut 15 minutes away where there were restaurants with outside seating and plenty of trees.
Had a great stay here, had a nice big room with wooden floors and a huge TV. Good shower and wifi, breakfast was great, staff were helpful and friendly. Central location though means can be a bit noisy at night/morning though all central hotels have this problem. Parking fee is a bit too dear.
