Undelivered expectations

Pros: Not much.
Cons: make sure that all staff speak English. Remove false or misleading information on their website. Invest in new elevators. Improve the food offerings
Location: I just go to the sanctuary as I have been for the last ten or more years.
Hotel website says WIFI and Parking offered. As soon as we arrived we were told that WIFI was only available in the lobby and bar and that there was no parking available. We looked and the small parking facility across the lobby and it was extra full. They suggested a public park across the street for a daily fee. I tried their WIFI and it didn't have enough bandwidth to allow a Skype call in or out. I logged into my office and was interrupted 244 times in one hour. There are no electrical plugs in the lobby or bar. We had dinner there one evening. The food and presentation were not appetizing at all. You and one luggage could take the elevator, followed by your spouse and the other luggage after climbing a set of stairs. Then you switch to another elevator, (same dimensions) to get to your floor. You need to request an outside line to make a call, and checkout is 9:00 AM. Definitely not going there again! For a couple of euros more Panorama is a much better facility and the food and service were great.

Pros: It is near the grotto of Lourdes which ideal for us seniors.
Location: It's ideal cause near restaurants.
We had problem with the hot water. When the shower the hot water runs out. Also we cannot regulate t he not water

Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms are small and sometimes difficult to move when two are in the room. Proximity of the hotel is good and very close to small eateries.

Pros: Its location, comfort, and the service provided.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Consult the guide books. There is a lot to be seen, and experienced, around the Grotto and inside the Sanctuaries.
Within a short walk of the Sanctuary, this hotel is most welcoming and all the staff I encountered, especially the ones in the restaurant, gave exceptionally good service.

Checking in time although was 12 noon , we were kept waiting for, two and a half hours. Every time we enquired we were told it will be ready in 15 minutes. This went on and on. Otherwise everything was ok

Hotel was ok but very very NOISY.

Pros: The room was very comfortable.
Cons: The noise that starts as early as 7am fro the breakfast room which is too early if you want to have a lie in. They could carpet the floors.
Location: I went for a pilgrimage and it met all my needs for shopping and dinning.

The hotel lobby is fairly new and the rooms are old with carpet that smells. However, the staff and the hotel location make the difference.
