"We were welcomed by Chandler at the front desk. He was kind, polite and friendly! He went above and beyond to accommodate us with a room change and he was so knowledgeable about the property. We truly enjoyed the drinks with Ashton at the bar area. She helped our large group with dinner plans as she knew the area well! The pool was not open. We were sad but understand things happen. A family wedding brought us to Longview, and we were so happy we chose the Hilton Garden Inn! We will return if the chance arises!"

"I will stay here every time I am in Longview. The catering manager/ bartender was absolutely awesome & the front desk staff were great! Food was good and so was the bed. I slept well, not something I do often. They have a conference center which is large, clean & well appointed. I’m going back later this month."

"This is a bare bones hotel. It was clean but no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no conditioner pump, no cups or glasses, no microwave in the room. My shower water never got warm enough to take a shower. Bed mattress and linens were okay. Heat and cooling system were okay. Minimal breakfast is okay."
