Find somewhere else

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Old motor court, not sure really anything can be done.
Location: Checked, slept, got out. Did not experience. There was a large diner nearby that looked interesting, and seemed there were other places across the st
Checked out after one night. old motor court that had days inn logo. Front desk manager wearing coat and knit hat, most likely to save money due to what it seemed may have neen 5 cars at 50+ room motel.

Cons: Earlier breakfast. It starts at seven am and working people leave earlier
Location: Typical Long Island busy road with the usual stores. But heading North, great places to visit like Cold Spring harbor
A Motel close to job. Needed a place to stay for bad weather .

1 step above a Motel 6, but clean!

Posted 29-Jan-2015
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: The lay out of the entire hotel, but that would require a complete demolition. The rates should be lower.
Location: It's in an upscale neighborhood & have lots of fast foods, restaurants & shopping up/down Jericho Tpke.
The old Motel style hotel, with rooms on the outside, some of the rooms are renovated with basic decor, nothing fancy, but CLEAN. If u r looking for a clean place to simply sleep, then this is it. The rates should've been cheaper, but I think the neighborhood it's located in drives the rates up. The ice machine didn't work.

Close to LI catering halls in this location

Posted 02-Jan-2015
Cons: Update the rooms to be more modern. Simply changing the curtains would help in the overall style and feel of the room.
Location: Great location if attending an event at one of the many country clubs, catering halls etc. Also located across the street from a shopping plaza.
Recently stayed here for New Year's Eve with my boyfriend, brother and sister-in-law. We were attending Crest Hollow's NYE party and didn't want to have to drive all the way back to different parts of LI and Queens after the festivities ended. This was the lowest priced hotel within a mile radius (literally down the block from the country club) and covered our basic needs for the night. Upon check-in the staff was nice and gladly allowed us to check out at noon instead of 11am which we were thankful for the next morning. The room was spacious and covered all the basic needs. We did lack some towels for the number of people stay in the room and a double sink would have been a great touch. Parking was right in front of each room so very convenient to grab our bags out of the cars. Check-out was also a breeze. All in all, we saved tons of money by not paying for cabs and being so close to the event space. Would stay again in the future if attending an event at one of the many event spaces in the area.

A Good Value

My wife and I stayed for one night. This was a stereotypical motel but in a good way. The room was well lit, clean and the bed was comfortable. The room's heat/air conditioner worked well. A hot breakfast was also included in the $99.00 rate for a King size bed. The motel was absolutely fine for a one night stay.
