"We had a 2b/2b apartment. Very very clean. You can find anything you need in the apartment, it's just like your own home. Beautiful views of water from your rooms and living room. Small balcony. The area is quiet but you can here the kids running on top of you which wasn't an issue for us as we sleep late ourselves. Very nice staff who keeps in touch with you through your cell. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Embarc! "

"The facilty is excellent in every way. The operators were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only downside is the 8km of very rugged dirtroad to get to the facility. Average speed about 15-20km/h and that was still pushing the comfort level in driving on the road. But we'll still go again -- just to enjoy the safari tents the next time."

Would have been nice to know more about the artist, there were no titles or bio posted in the house. While it wasn't dirty, it wasn't clean. Needed an over all deep cleaning. Back deck was odd to hang out on due to the fact that it had bamboo mats screening off any view, including the trees."

"Quiet location, the view was interesting and ever changing with tide, clouds, boats and birds. When not walking, biking, shopping we played board games and watched a movie supplied by host. Laundry machines where a blessing. I appreciated the few kitchen supplies that where there(cooking oil, spice). Shampoo, body wash would have been nice to have on hand."

It's better than the photos and writeup - from the high ceilings and warm wood to the cozy fireplace and dreamy two-person rainfall shower in the master bath. The kitchen has lovely appliances and there are high end touches everywhere. Pristine hottub and professional management. Worth every penny and more. Perfect hosts and gorgeous location. "We had a wonderful time using this little cabin as a home base while we explored the Pacific Rim. It was an easy walk to many trails and beaches, and a very comfy bed to come back to after days of hiking, wind and waves. The small kitchen was well equip for little breakfasts and the sheltered little deck was a lovely place to have a morning coffee. We noticed there was a barbecue but didn’t use it. Check in and out was very easy. No hassle at all. We very much enjoyed our stay."
