City centre

Posted 22-Jul-2014
Pros: Spacious clean rooms, in the city centre.
Cons: Nothing!!
Location: Take the walking tour. Very inexpensive and they are very passionate about their city and it only takes about an hourl
I booked a double but when she saw it was me and my daughter she gave us a bigger room. The room was huge. One double bed and a twin bed, couch, coffee table and desk. Large bathroom. I believe it is the only hotel in the city centre. Room was very clean. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Cafe/bar
Location: Check out the opera house, the pretty High Street and the Ground and Sky pub.
Very good hotel close to the town centre, convenient for the Rosslare Ferry. Free car park and excellent cafe/bar.

Quick visit of Derry

Posted 13-Jun-2014
Stayed 1 night in Derry on a 3 week tour. Hotel is well located inside the walls and has parking which is very convenient. Friendly staff. Easy to visit the old city from there.

Great Location but wifi is too expensive

Comfortable room with large bath tub, 2 chairs and a table. Fantastic location.Wifi cost 10£per day and there was no computer in the lobby to check emails. Weatherspoon's across the road had a great inexpensive breakfast and dinner specials

Nice Hotel - Great City - but still divided

Posted 20-May-2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is very convenient for the City, but if you are British, be very careful which nearby pub you go in, as we aren't "all friends now". We found out the hard way. The parking is dodgy and they don't tell you the code for the barrier - just where the park is. Ask at reception - parking is restricted and first come, first served.

Nice centrally located hotel.

Parked on site and were able to walk right out of the hotel and onto the city walls. Perfect location for touring Derry.

Good, clean and good condition

The hotel was in a great position and had private parking which was excellent. The lifts were very small especially if you have luggage. Reception staff were very helpful.

Great location for walking about.

Nice hotel with a great location. Easy walking about with great choices for restaurants and bars. Additional charge for WiFi and breakfast. Bed was comfortable but they could use some better pillows.
