Room in no way matched the listing. Bed had one light blanket on a cold winter's night. I did eventually get the heater working of a fashion. And they charged me 101.69 not the rate I was quoted of around 90. Just hated the place. Didn't sleep a wink.

Very clean sheets and comfortable bed which is most important. Was put off by grungy old furniture. Walls, upholstery and old furniture could use a good cleaning and/or oiling/polishing. One old wire hanger. Room was nice and large. Lots of trains going by. Had to stand outside in cold for check-in and check-out at a tiny check-out window!

Outdated furniture and carpet. Some strange smell like its too humid inside room. Clean but I wouldn’t recommend. For only 20$ more you have decent room and really comfortable beds plus breakfast in the Travelodge hotels.

Just for one night
The room was big with clean sheets. The bathroom too small; the towels were tanned. They left an old , nasty ottoman and chair in the room. It didn’t make sense having a nice presentation of the beds and leaving that kind of furniture in the room. Also, two flies and smell of cigarette. I will give the place an evaluation of 6 because the beds were comfortable and clean , and the bathroom clean.

The only thing that is different from other motels is that you have to sign in and pay through a little window. You cant go inside the office. Didnt bother us. There is a very nice clean pool, but we didnt use it. Very nice big clean room. Comfy beds.

Super scary. I wasn’t even allowed into the check-in office, had to talk to staff through a little window. He was friendly but the door had a “how to call 911 if you need help” sign. Shortly after, two men were walking around my car and lingering by my door. As soon as they left, I threw my stuff into my car and drove to a new motel. Highly DO NOT recommend!

It's worthwhile for what you spend. The room was clean, and the area was quite (for The most part) a very spacious room. The gentleman that checked me in, made things easy and fast.

Everything we needed was there. Just outside Woodstock . Very pretty situated on a hill. There is a train going by just infront of the motel every ones in a while,but that didnt bother us. Even had 2 really comfy chairs

I booked this hotel with Expedia for Sep 2 to Sep 3 2022, unfortunately when I arrived there, the lady told me there was no room available for me, I showed her booking confirmation from Expedia but she kept saying no room for me and she is very rude after arguing with her she said there was no my name on the booking list and she showed her computer and I found my name there but it showed cancel beside my name, I have no clue how it's happened, end up I had to find another hotel last minute with more money to spend, never book Westmount motel as she can cancel at anytime without your knowledge and very rude person.

5 minutes after making the reservation I called expedia and asked to cancel the reservation, the wysl was confirmed by the Expedia employee as a canceled reservation as the hotel was not in London, Ontario-Canada

This place is recently redecorated, feels secure, is very clean and has quality where you want it. The bed, WiFi, shower, TV and fridge were all new and worked 10/10.

I saw a lot of 1 star ratings but at the same time 5 star ratings and in the photos the place looked good when I called before I booked the person on the phone was very nice so I made my reservation with Expedia. On arrival, the room was very nice and clean also the bathroom. They have a clean pool and the man at the reception was very kind and friendly and help us in ordee to use the pool. WiFi good. TV has Netflix and we were able to choose to watch some movies. Very kind the man at the reception and also the lady. We were provided with soft, clean towels. This is definitely one of the best motels I've been to so far. Good customer service and clean and safe room.
