Unfortunately the pool was closed which was a primary reason why this property was chosen. Walls are paper thin and we heard the guests in the next room listening to 70s classics (albeit excellent songs) until 2am amongst some other things we could’ve done without hearing. Property was good enough for the price but certainly could be cleaned more thoroughly. I’m the end, you get what you pay for. $90 for the night. I suppose it was decent.

thank you for your review. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to an emergency mechanical issue. It has since been repaired and is up and running sorry for that.

Right off the 401, which for my trip was good. Hotel is run down looking on outside. The hallways are dingy but the actual room was clean and decent. If you are willing to overlook the exterior, its a decent place

Decent hotel for the price. "Biggest cons- "Breakfast included" was advertised as "No longer available" with a note at the front desk upon arrival .... Breakfast is now a paid menu in their restaurant . Trying to get a late check-out was a circus act. Didn't bother. Even though we could have used the extra sleep because there was a teenager sports tournament in town- and our room was mixed in with theirs all around us, noise and half naked kids running up and down the halls til about midnight. Pros- Pool looked really nice. Staff were pleasant. Man working the bar was wonderful. To be honest, I'd stay again, There is enough walkable restaurants amd shopping in the area. It was clean and I got what I paid for. Can't help how other guests behave. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, fridge microwave and tv all worked without issue. Plenty of towels and amenities to get us by.

Thank you for your review. The complementary continental breakfast was a pilot project we tried for two months to attempt to bring more value to our guests. Unfortunately we received such a large volume of complaints about it being "not good enough" that we decided to discontinue it and go back to our regular menu. Otherwise I am glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to having you with us again.

The hotel has seen better years. Definitely needs updating and newer beds. It was clean though and the gentleman in the lounge was very friendly. The food was okay. Only needed a place to lay our heads for the night so on that point it met our needs for the price.

Yesterday, April 23, I arrived at the hotel and they didn't let me access because of the deposit that has to be made with the credit card but I don't handle credits and the girl in the lobby told me not to worry that she would notify the hotel when I canceled the reservation so that they can refund my money and I have not received any response from you

Seeing as you were not able to check-in with us due to our policy I have instructed the front desk to issue a full refund to expedia being a prepaid reservation. Staff were friendly and professional. The lounge was good with quick service and good food. Only issue was that we had a room closest to the main stairs so there was a lot of traffic and was louder at times during the afternoon and early evening

This place is an old tired hotel that should be torn down. Expedia should take it off your site . There are many new and better hotels within minutes. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at any of nearby properties

The property was old and outdated. Room had a musty basement smell. Had to wait about an hour to get room after the regular check in time. I would not recommend staying at this property.

I was even able to check in or contact customer service as they would not even except me in. I had two kids with me! No credit card for security deposit, that should probably of been mentioned. Had a very terrible experience and will never book directly with Expedia again

Older facilities are priced for working people. "Worth the price of admission," so to speak. I am happy to pay 100 dollars less per night than the brand name hotel. The pool was a nice perk that the kid liked. Inconsiderate people in neighboring rooms made sleeping more challenging than it need be.

Thank you for letting us know about your phone we will have maintenance look into it right away. Towels and beds get turndown service every three days which is our brand standard and is indicated on the mirror in the bathroom. That said if you need anything all you have to do is call the front desk and ask. Thank you for your review

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the pool has a scum line and is a bit cold, someone even carved their name in the line of filth lol. I really think the management should have thst taken care of....unsightly and gross. It needs to be cleaned. But, it was the cheapest rate, we stayed for 1 night. Other than that, no other complaints....

Salt water pool was very enjoyable. Room was in need of some repair and the floor heater was impossible to sleep through it was so loud. Desk was able to switch us from a second floor room to a first floor due to knee issues and no elevator which was appreciated.

The room that was given to us wasn’t ready and they gave us another room, also there’s a lot of kids drinking partying and staff wasn’t saying anything the hallway smells beer and there’s beer cans as well. Sorry but we will not go back there again.
