My apologies for the creamer but we had milk and coffee mate. We had bread ,bagels ,yogurt an Individually wrapped cookies. and you had a bagel or toast in the breakfast and the reason we have cereal in the ziplock is because the health officials told us to do so they are individually wrapped. It’s a continental breakfast. My apologies we did not meet your standards. We try to do our best.

Excellent in every way! The check-in time of 2pm beneficial and staff very friendly. The room was exceptional - very clean, comfortable beds (always my concern!) and clearly updated. Highly recommend!!

This motel is lovely! They’ve clearly put a lot of work into maintenance with all new windows and doors and bathrooms. The groundskeeper, Ian, learned our names at check in and remembered them for our entire stay. The property is super pretty and well cared for. Definitely worth the visit!

The owner was very sweet and courteous. The Cardinal is an older motel on the outskirts of St.Thomas. Doesn't look like much from the road but it is a little gem. It has just what u need for an overnight/weekend stay...nothing fancy but quaint and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! Stayed there for a competition at the local high school. Affordable place. Nice to help keep local businesses alive!!!

Very clean and well kept property. Room was a good size for me and my hubby. Room was clean and well kept. Loved the Bose speaker and plug outlets that had direct USB plugs. That was a nice added touch of upgrades. Something so simple that was very handy. Wish the breakfast was longer timing but was decent. Ian, the property manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall glad we stayed. Washrooms a bit outdated but was fully functional.

first thing I noticed was the missing smoke detctor, second the toliet was a rocking chair, what was supposed to be white towels was grey. I feel this place needs a little upgrading, expedia gave it 4 stars on the web sight, I'd have trouble giving 2

The motel was great. Ian, the staff member that I dealt with while I was there was great. He was very helpful approachable and accommodating. The property was lovely the room was clean and comfortable. If I'm back in that area I will stay there again.

Even though I spoke to the office person by phone earlier that day and he assured me that he would be in the office until 10pm, when I arrived at 9:30pm he was no where to be found. After banging on the door for a while, thinking he fell asleep, some one came out of one of the units and told me to call the motel number. The attendant answered and finally showed up about 15 minutes later. The room was dirty, especially the floors. There was no continental breakfast, contrary to what your web site said. And there was no creamer for the coffee. Would never go there again.
