The only problem I had was, I already paid for my stay previous to my arrival I needed a handicapped Are they Kelly handicap room of which they didn't have. I went to the front desk the second day that we stayed and asked if I was able to move to handicap room she said yes, but it would be an additional $189 above what I already paid. I couldn't believe it. I'm a person staying at their hotel and they want to charge me another $189 just to get a handicapped room above what I already paid.. Something was wrong with that. I'll never stay there again when I first got there they didn't have my reservation supposedly they didn't have any rooms then after I stood there yes we have a room but you need to pay for it upfront, which is another $350 , then they finally oh,here's your reservation. I think there's something fishy going on with the money there honestly.

Spacious room,very quiet. Facility was very clean. Water pressure was amazing. Was able to rest very well. Wasn't anything we didnt like about it. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything was clean. Customer service was excellent! I would suggest getting bigger pillows for you king size beds. But i will definitely come back.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like a fish fry had been held there before check in. Upon getting into our room, I killed no less than 8 flies. No, we did not alert the staff because we had to leave for a wedding after changing, but we will not stay here again.

We live in West Texas and have a granddaughter that lives here in Lockhart. We travel here quite a bit to make it to her school activities and used to always stay in San Marcos. We passed by this location during one of our visits so I decided to book it. This is now our 3rd stay here and we will continue to come back. Thank y’all for your great experiences with y’all :)

Clean but had a bad old vacuum odor to room when first got there. Had to spray own perfume throughout whole room to get the room to smell better. Otherwise; everything else was fine.

The person behind counter doesn’t stand up. You can’t see them over the tall counter. Beds are hard and pillows small. No shampoo or conditioner, bad water pressure. Very disappointed

Room was comfortable & clean. Could use updated lighting especially at vanity. Front desk very helpful with portable compressor to fill low tire. Husband was very impressed! Staff was very welcoming & breakfast was decent.
