"Pleasant check in staff, power entry doors and elevator are broken which makes checking in with luggage difficult. The room key cards were well worn and given to me in a well used holder which isn't hygienic. While rooms and some common areas appeared to have fresh paint and carpet, it overall still feels and looks like a worn out and run down hotel, especially outside. The rooms were basically clean, but not deep cleaned - stale odors, smudges on mirrors etc. It was good enough for one night, but I wouldn't likely stay there again and was surprised about the condition based on the high review score online."

"I have stayed here lots of times, but this time it was a little different. I was in a room where the carpet was worn out and there was a place in the floor the sunk down if you stepped on it. We were on the 2nd floor, so that was scary. I did tell two different people at the front desk about it. .All in all it is a nice hotel, it just needs some upgrading."
