Just stayed one night here for the Rugby and only slept here. It was a clean spacious room and reception let me check in to my room at 1pm. It is ten minute walk to the metro station and Lidl’s is opposite.

It’s a budget hotel in a good location on outskirts of Lille with easy access to the main roads and a short walk 5- 7 minutes to metro which takes you into the Center . It’s a little dated and a tad tired could do with a deeper clean . Breakfast was adequate to get you started

The property has obviously seen better days, probably a decade or so ago, but if you just want a bed for the night and look passed the tattyness it does a job (and was available and cheap). Shares a site with Comfort Hotel (which looks a much better standard but probably priced as such) and the manager next door recommended not to catch a late metro back as "the subway can be a little rough" (and I'm a 6ft 5 bloke). Don't go there on a honeymoon.

Really basic and small room, bedding clean and fresh per day, no way of having a drink in the room, room condition was tired looking, really small bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Séjour d'une nuit avec mon petit ami dans une chambre double à mister bed. Pour le prix (40€) le séjour n'était pas agréable. L'odeur de l'établissement était terrible ( odeur de tabac froid tout le long). Très petit, lit carrément inconfortable (vaut mieux avoir le dos solide) La salle de bain c'était le pire, vous voyez les toilettes communes sur les plages ? La même chose avec une douche en plus. Serviettes, draps propres fournis et très bonne accueil de la part du gérant bien heureusement pour les points positifs.

Very good location you were less then 30mins from lille its self via the metro. Also if your in the car your 1.30h from Brussels definitely worth the drive

The motel is of a budget nature, but proved adequate and comfortable for an overnight stop. The building is a little 'tired' looking and a lick of paint would not go amiss on the inside. The bed was comfortable enough and the room larger than some other motel chains are. It is not spotlessly clean and a bit of TLC would also improve the appearance. Overall though, it sufficed as a stopover on route, and was at a good price. Cheap but adequate.

Very convenient situation for shopping centre and main road connexions. Secure parking. Staff pleasant and helpful. Everything else was very poor, regardless of the low room rate. 1. Fire safety instructions were missing from the room door. 2. TV remote was missing. 3. Key had to be re-coded as it did not work a second time. 4. Toilet flush cover missing. 5. Hole in bathroom door. 6. Top of window was stuffed with tissues. 7. Ring pull for blind was unreachable due to a fixed desk being in the way. 8. Bathroom tap had no water pressure.

It was cheap and convenient. The room had everything needed for a short stay, including, surprisingly, towels. However, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the back of the radiator was smeared with something very unpleasant and the loo paper dispenser was sited under the sink and awkard to reach.

used for overnight en route to Italy. Ok for price I suppose. Rooms bit beaten up - holes in wall, radiator hanging off wall propped up by chair, soap dispenser broken etc. however convenient location for motorway, ferry etc and therefore tolerable

Good secure stop for bikers.
We stayed there while our francebike trip and it’s quite safe and located well. Staff was quite helpful and were available to check us in around 2 in the morning.

A good break in my journey.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Adequate for a break in my journey. Could do with a bit of refurbishment. Room carpets should be replaced with laminated flooring for better cleanliness.

Disappointing
Receptionist was helpful and provided extra pillow. Located close to retail park with lots of restaurants/amusement. Apart from that, the room was very small, you couldn't open the door fully without pushing the bed. The toilet didn't work properly. And in the morning there was a power cut! Not a great experience overall.

Close to metro and motorway with budget prices
Used this hotel to explore Lille. Though Lomme is quite far away from the historic part of Lille, the hotel is close to St Philbert's Metro station and is very close to the motorway from Dunkirk and Calais. Ideal for those drivers who don't want to drive in busy roads. The actual hotel isn't much to write about with clean beds and private bathrooms. There is ample parking and excellent dark out blinds.

Comfortable budget hotel. My forth stay, provides all that is required when passing through an hour from ferry or train.There is no lift, so be aware, light luggage if you are on the 3rd level (2nd floor).

Though we have are used to staying in very affordable accommodations, this one was tough. It's very difficult to find, and there weren't even sheets on the mattress. There was also some kind of public bathroom in the hallway that had loads of trash in it. You can do better...

The room was dark and dingy and had very little light. The bathroom was clean but the shower height adjuster was broken so the shower had to be used as a hand held one. The smell from the drain in the shower room was appalling. The room had no electric plugs, the only one available was in the bathroom, hardly safe when charging phones, tablets etc. Despite the cheapness of the cost of the hotel I would not choose to use this Mr Bed again.

OK, so we knew that this was a budget hotel, so we weren't expecting great things. However, the hotel was clean and the room was small, as expected but it was comfortable and there was an en-suite shower/toilet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is outside the Centre of Lille, it is less than a 10 minute walk from the Metro St Philibert and there is a big commercial centre nearby and a supermarket across the road from the hotel. We had breakfast there every morning and it was just a continental buffet and for the price of €5.50, you could not get better anywhere else. My only faults were that none of the bedside lights worked in any of the rooms we were put in (we changed three times) and the hotel was placed in the wrong place on Google Maps and we spent almost an hour trying to work out were it is (tip: it's in the same place as the Kyriad Hotel, but behind it and I have sent an update to Google about the wrong location) and there were no lifts. Also, in the bedrooms for 3 people, the 3rd bed is a bunk and unless you are lithe or a kid, forget trying to climb into it as it is rather awkwardly placed in the room. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Great Value and excellent service.
Absolutely fantastic service from all staff. Very helpfull, kind and friendly. Great location for Lille which is a short work to the metro then a couple of stops away. Also a good alternative to Ypres which is a 15 minute drive. Free parking and wifi. Good value and nice breakfast. Simple, small but clean rooms. Tiny bathroom but clean. This is a good value hotel perfect for a short stay as a cheap alternative to Lille or Ypres hotels. I also hear it is a good location for the sports stadium which is very close by.

The hotel was easy to find near to main roads, in same compound behind the Kyriad. Arriving very late, I was let into the secure car park by another guest. The night porter, helpfully showed where to park my motorbike in the full car park. The following morning I was given my bike keys by the reception staff. I had dropped them the night before. All was good, a standard breakfast for this type of hotel, nice to have a kettle in the breakfast room for a hot cup of tea. No frills but a very adequate room for the price. Happy to return in future.

Hotel? More like Hostel
If you like thin walls, (so you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING going on next door) then this is your place. There's not much else going on around the area unless you walk the mile or so to the business park and find a few restaurants. The rooms are dodgy with things broken in them. (ie the shower flooded, the room door spring had broken off, the window blind was broken etc). On a PLUS note, the staff are excellent and will do anything they can to help.
