"Clean, well-appointed apartment, good shower and comfortable bed. Initially the heaters didn't work, so I was moved to another apartment immediately where they did work. Help was always at hand, which was appreciated. Would stay here again."

"An amazing stay at Burlington road. Very close to pleasure beach and taxi to the bars and clubs was very cheap. Stayed with a group of friends and found the owners to be very helpful and friendly. Only thing we didn’t have that we needed was a full length mirror but we can live without that as phone cameras worked just as well. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Blackpool "

"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"

"We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands."

"We booked this apartment for a family trip, location was spot on however, We stayed on the 3rd floor so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs. Sofa is very uncomfortable and had the worst night sleep due to the noise outside from nightlife and seagulls 3am plus very noisy."

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"The property was perfectly located within comfortable walking distance of & central to both Lime Street Station and Liverpool One shopping district. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our requirements. The nightclub next door was an added bonus for all night free music entertainment...!! :-)"

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
