"Le chalet n'avait pas été occupé depuis plusieurs semaines ; une vérification et un nettoyage préalables à notre arrivée s'imposaient. Nous avons envoyé un mail à l'Agence, gestionnaire du chalet pour indiquer notre insatisfaction. Dommage car la station est agréable avec nombreuses animations."

"The property was well presented and equipped, although a hairdryer would have been appreciated. The location was a little remote from the centre. A note that you would need a car or use the bus (daytime only) would have helped as it was difficult to walk due to steep roads with no path. We arrived after dark and had difficulty locating the chalet. A prominent sign visible from the road would have been useful. The local contact was very efficient."
