Excelente opción para ir de compras a los Outlets de León. Además está super cerca de otras plazas de piel y calzado. Es un hotel muy cómodo, seguro y con estacionamiento amplio en el lugar.

En general el hotel está bien, solamente que si vas a compartir habitación es demasiado incómodo pues los baños son abiertos, no hay división entre el cuarto y los baños

Excelente servicio. Gente muy recta, olvide mis pertenencias en la caja de seguridad, inmediatamente me localizaron y el sr muy amable me abrió la caja, y me entregó mis pertenencias. Las personas de restaurante, también, muy amables, sin complicaciones. Yo he estado varias veces en el hotel, y siempre es igual, buen servicio, bueno, como pocos hoteles. Gracias!

Great hotel , modern and well kept. Room looked new and it was spotless. Room was spacious and had all amenities , even a capsule coffee maker. Located inside the outlet mall. Very conveniente a f you like to shop.

I truly enjoy my stay at the glow point hotel . Very conveniente location attached to the outlets. Safe , clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This is my third time staying there. And i will continue to stay when i visit Leon Gto. Overall rooms are very clean comfortable. Breakfast is perfect. Service is excellent. Great experince every time.also close to airport.

They said they have airport shuttle service to the airport all day long or 24 hrs but they don’t haven’t that’s the thing I don’t like

Front desk not really helpful
Everything was great, the only issue was that we went to shopping and come back to our room wasn't clean no fresh towels no toilet paper refill, we also request an airport shuttle but wasn't available for the time we request but they can get a taxi cab for the same price as the hotel shuttle (250 pesos) but when we arrive to the airport the taxi cab driver charge us 400 pesos

Excellent location for shopping. Had problems with plumbing, but staff relocated us to another room and accommodated as best they could. Western amenities.

Nice hotel in the Outlets of LEON
They were excellent the rooms they gave me. I had an amazing vacation with my family. Leon is very green from last week's rains. I recomend this hotel, very clean and comfortable.

Very practical clean and well appointed hotel
This is totally a business hotel, and it has all the necessary amenities to use it as such, the decor is very modern so it's quite pleasing at all areas. It is above the shoe outlet so if you're in the mood you can go look around the shopping mall.

Located next to the Mulza shopping center, one can find leather goods for men, women, and children at great prices. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from center Leon and less than a 5 minute drive from centro commercial, its a great hotel for those who plan a short stay to Leon, highly recommend.

New hotel, clean, quiet room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Almost 100 TV channels, but only Fox News or children's cartoons in English. No ice machine, no guest laundry, very limited electrical outlets for a new hotel. Very difficult to find entrance from main street after the mall closes (stop before the mall and find the small street. Very limited gym. Mediocre to poor internet. Safe car parking. Night front desk staff very helpful finding places to visit (we chose Guanajuato).

Very nice
Clean and new, nicely decorated and furnished. They need to provide a list of tv channels as I had a hard time finding a channel I liked. Service is good. Breakfast, included, could be improved slightly to include cut fruit and yogurt for instance. The location is perfect for shopping at outlets which are walking distance. Also to a main highway which is great if you are driving. Parking is included and is quite handy. I had a problem with a noisy neighbour but it was promptly resolved by the courteous staff. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect for shopping
We chose this Hotel because we needed something close to the airport and being it at the Outlet meant we could do some shopping without the need to drive. Location: The hotel is located at the Shoe Outlet and right next to it is the clothing outlet so really you have tons of options to shop around. As a Plus there is a Starbucks just outside for all of us coffee addicts. Hotel: The Hotel has a very nice modern look, you can see it is brand new and the price is amazing. It is really a business hotel so not much to do here except have breakfast and go out. Room: This is what really impressed me. I didn't expect it to be so nice considering the price paid. Room looks amazing and they even include a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hey its the little things that make a big difference. Would definitely stay here everytime I return to the city
