Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pillows weren’t very comfortable neither was the sofa but all in all for the price it was good. Anna was very helpful and anything we requested was supplied straight away

The room was small, the bathroom very small. The kettle in the room was dangerous, if a staff member tries it they will understand.
The breakfast could have been very good but all of the 'hot' food was cold. Whatever system they have to keep the food hot does not work. If it's supposed to be hot it should be. No one checked anything. Check in/out staff very efficient and breakfast staff were very good. I saw one staff member bring a baby high chair to a table without asking and helped move the push chair and other items without being asked, great staff.

The ac of the room was off. And it look of time to have the ac cool the room. In this weather it should be on usually as i had no idea i needed to ask for it. Also it was noisy since the door are not very soundproof as well the window. But overall it was very good experience.
