The service from every single staff member was exemplary, genuine smiles, offering help rather than having to be asked, a wonderful example of good customer service. There is a small, gated car park just behind the hotel so that saved hassle. Our room, 105, was bright and airy, clean and well equipped. My only gripe was the internet speed, I struggled to get more than 25k download speed and my OneDrive folder didn't manage to complete synching the whole trip. It's not a business hotel and I shouldn't have been working on holiday anyway but it was frustrating. Breakfast was lovely, a good choice of dishes and nicely spaced tables. We didn't get to use the courtyard area which was frustrating but it looked very pretty. The location was ideal with Limassol Castle area being about 5 minutes walk away. In short a fabulous hotel with wonderful staff."
