"Well, when we first got there, we showed up an hour and a half after check-in and they did not have a room ready for us told us just to hang out in the hotel lobby, which made us late for our event when they finally found us a room they gave us the key and we went up to the room and opened the door and there were two people in there, having sex, screaming at us for opening the door we went downstairs. They told us they didn’t understand who was in the room or what had happened we stood around again. They offered to upgrade to the concierge level, but I had already paid for that. The hotel was extremely noisy and then I got a mystery charge on my bank account for $90 for no damn reason after I checked out no nothing and the trip had already been prepaid four months ago so will be contacting them immediately. Just ridiculous."

"Awful!! Showed up at 11 at night with two small children just to find hair in the shower, pee on the seat, handle of the sink broken off, water leaving from under the sink, tub would not drain, mini fridge would not work and air was broken. We would have left but were exhausted so we slept, woke up next day and left. Told them about all the issues and now getting charged daily for random fees! And the manager won’t even answer the call or return the call. When we report all the issues that night the front desk said manager ain’t gonna fix it so not sure what to tell you! Oh and by morning the lights were all flickering like an electrical issue. I got my kids out of there quickly. But now they trying to charge extra with no explanation at all."

"The property is under renovation. When it's finished, it will be a much better property than previously. The gentlemen at the desk at checkout stated it will compete with Holiday Inn. If the renovations continue and are fulfilled according to proposed pictures, then I will agree. It's a work in progress."

"Our room was like a mother-in-law suite...it would have been great if we were staying several days. The lobby is underwhelming, the walk through the hallway to our room was hot, but the room was a pleasant surprise and we had a great night's sleep."

"First, the disappointment in $20 parking fee hidden on hotels.com app under drop down listing.Had already paid $45 to park at Kings Island that day. The hotel appeared over booked beyond capacity, not a chance for restful stay or to enjoy amenities while there. 1 tiny kid size light weight throw per bunk bed and 1 thin worn fuzzy blanket for pull out sofa -requested more but they never came. Guests on our floor and floor above were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate majority of night letting kids/teenagers run and slam doors back and forth between rooms for over an hour. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy some vacation time and sleep peacefully this is not it - this place is for people looking to set their kids loose without supervision and check out on parenting."
