My experience was great until housekeeping knock on the door we new we had to check out by 11:00 am but they knock on the door at 8:30 am again at 9:30 am three knock told. I believe they should be patient and wait on their customer to check out before they knock on the door.
The initial impression I got when walking into the room was outdated and in desperate need of repair. Some one had in the past tried to repair some issues, but the work was shoddy, exposing wire and conduit along the walls. Paint was peeling and didnt help the overall unsanitary look of the room. After the first night, we asked the cleaning staff to please clean the room, and were informed they only changed the sheets on Fridays, regardless of whether a guest had stayed there or not. We had to request clean towels, everyday, and basically had to beg the maids to make the bed. They would not stock the simple items like soap or shampoo, and we finally had to break down and go to walmart to buy toilet paper. We will never stay in this hotel again! I dont care if they offered us a month of free nights; shame what Ramada has become.

i was only in the hotel for about three days but the service was very good the people were very nice and the room was very clean, i didn't have to bring any problems to the attention of the staff because i had no problems. i would recommend this hotel for people in the future
