There was no one available at check in and the self check in didn’t work. No cleaning service throughout the stay, no extra towels, and no extra toiletries. The AC stopped working at beginning of our stay and when we advised them that it needed fixing they didn’t make any attempt to repair it. Very hot musty stay.

The window has a view on the corridor, no daylight, you have to close it unless you want everybody to see you and your bed!
No space to put your stuff so if you stay more than 1 night it will be a problem
This is not a kitchen, no place to eat, it’s an hotel room, not an apartment as advertised

Skitten støyende opplevelse
Svært skittent og udelikat. Badet var fullt av hår, i dusj, gulv og rundt toalettet. Renholdet ved ankomst var katastrofe. Det som er solgt som superior er virkelig ikke superior. Kostbart ift prisen på overnatting. Anbefaler ikke dette stedet Tusity One ligger sentralt i Las Palmas, men svært mye støy fra gaten utenfor hele natten. Dårlig isolasjon.
