Awful it’s in construction and the halls are dirty the elevator doesn’t work, they only left one soap of the size of an aspirin to wash your hands and bath…

This hotel is under construction and closed . Half of building is gone . This is rediculous . How can you sell rooms to a hotel that’s not active .

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Elevators were down had to get to the eighth flour by stairs carrying bags, construction was super loud in the morning and people next door had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking.

Property is under construction , place is dirty ,dusty ,scaffolding everywhere, had i known i would not have booked here!!i have pictures to prove these conditions,and also the room is in bad shape
HORRIBLE Experience! We are an elderly couple 77 years old to be exact and we were unable to stay in our room last night because the hotel is under construction and the elevator was not functioning last night when we arrived. Our room was in the 10th floor and the staff wanted us to walk 10 flights up. We had to look for a different hotel to spend the night, without our luggage and without our medication. We both use insulin and were not able to administer our insulin last night. The staff did not care!

I have stayed here about 10 times in the past 3 years and loved it until this last time. Our room was clean but roach and bed bug infested. Stayed there Sunday night. It is now Thursday, the bug bites all over by body have not ceased being itchy.I did tell the receptionist about the bugs and was told to call the manager after 10 am as that is when he/she shows up. That is the last time I stay there. The low price is not worth risking my health.

No hot water when I stayed. There were roaches in the room while I stayed over.
And to top it off I paid the deposit of $25 dollars asked for and haven't gotten it back. Tried contacting the hotel, but to no avail.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Normally all authorizations fall off around 3 to 5 days after check out depending on your bank and depending on if the card used is a debit card or credit card. Debit cards do usually take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be released. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

More cockroaches in this "3.5" star hotel in the US than in 2 stars hotels in the developing world. No hot water. Carpets super dirty both in room and in the building as a whole.

All the hotel was infested with coackroaches, when we are received the rooms fond cockroaches in beds , bathroom and sofas , when I irrived to the reception to mentioned about it , it was with insects too..!!! Let me know an email to send the pictures and the evidence

I cancelled because they haven’t had hot water in a week and it still wasn’t fixed but they were willing to let me stay if I wanted to as is and full price. The place is old, dated and smells dirty too.

This was by far the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel. I also think I should have my money back because not only did this hotel have NO hot water , they also had to open the door for your room every time because the room keys don't work. So I would have to wait each time for about 10mins to get to my room. Then at 7am on my check out day they start doing construction on the room next door and it was extremely loud. No respect for the clients that are staying at the hotel. Then I couldn't complain because the phone wouldn't work to call front desk. Hotel Ava in Laredo Texas is the worse place you could ever stay at

Hotel is old and needs a lot work. Some floors are being remodeled. Key system was broken when I was there. So, no keys. You have to have the staff let you into your room everytime you want to leave.

Worse place ever as soon as we walked in you saw cockroaches, when we told the employees they wanted to give us cockroache spray, water pressure was bad, customer service was bad rude and had no idea what he was doing leaving everyone in front for a while. Elevator problems also doors on 6 and 7 kept opening you could see just dark and furniture. Never again will I book this nasty place again.
