We generally say thank you to all our guests for leaving a review, good or bad (although all of our reviews have been positive - we've even had 5 star reviews left from multiple guests straight after your stay!). However when we get false reviews it's really frustrating to have to respond but here goes. Storing items in a wardrobe has no effect to hanging your clothes, hoover, sweeping brush, clothes airer etc, this keeps the place tidy and if it's an issue then you only have to slide them outside of the wardrobe. Yes there is no oven and no air con. We do not state that we have these in our listing under the available amenities. We can't be held responsible for your lack of reading through our listing. No clean towels or sheets- again another false statement. The property is cleaned on the day of check in for every guest to limit any dust accumulating during an empty period. It's also supplied that day with fresh bedding and fresh towels. Broken tin opener, batteries dead in remote, dead light bulbs. If this was the case then why did you not inform us of this so we could replace these straight away for you? Most people if they have issues or are not happy would report these things straight away, not enjoy 2 weeks holidaying and then only decide to complain after it and try to damage someone's reputation with false statements. We sent multiple messages to check up on your stay and we had no reply to them so if there were issues to sort then you had every chance to reply and let us know so we could act on them. There is a welcome book there with all the details of the apartment and buses etc. We also do not state daily cleans and linen changes, this is a self catering apartment and if you want daily linen changes than you should book a hotel and also pay twice the price or more for the privilege. Overall, it's annoying to have a review like this given all of our positive reviews we attain from all our guests including 5 star reviews like the next guest after your departure gave us!

Thanks Gill, During Covid times it wasn't the best for most people out there with the atmosphere and the illegal building works happening. creating so much mess! Thankfully this has now been terminated and also the neighbours have moved out so it's back to the good times of relaxing on the balcony in peace and quiet and no dust :) Hopefully now a few years on, we could entice you back to relax and enjoy Costa Teguise again.
