"This property is a gem located right near Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Texas Live! It's off I-30 and makes it easy to get around DFW. The hotel has retro vibes but in great condition. There is a free trolley that goes to the Texas Rangers games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel for a reasonable stay."

"Fabulous three days at the Westin Downtown Dallas. Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun."

"When unloading luggage to self park, valet team asked me to move the car 3 times with no regard for helping me with my luggage. Once inside waiting to check in, I was not allowed to have the luggage cart on the lobby rug & was taken from me to move to the other side of the room. Would like to shout out to security team, very cool & helpful… but what does it say about my experience if I was interacting with security team. Make your own choices, I will not be staying here again."
