“Small but perfectly proportioned”
WE visited in early September and have nothing but great reviews about this location. Faux log cabin effects do not detract from a well run, modern and welcoming place to stay. 5 minute walk from California to the big Casinos in Nevada. Why pay sky high prices for the chains. This place gives you access to a lovely beach and the relaxing pool/spa was not crowded. Will be going again.

Very comfy bed, well kept building, great staff, very helpful and friendly, and its all in a fantastic location. You can walk to the gondola but its far away enough from the main road to be nice and quiet.

3 Peaks Resort is good value for money. The room was very clean and comfortable, serviced everyday to a high standard. Our bathroom had recently been refurbished and had an excellent shower. The reception staff were helpful and free internet a bonus. The hot-tub is very good-plenty of room and very warm. The hotel is also conveniently located for the Gondola, Stateline Casinos and shops / restaurants. My only complaint about the hotel is that people in the upstairs rooms can be heard walking around by guests in the ground floor rooms. This can be annoying if guests get up early to check out abd you are still in bed. Also if first floor guests take a shower the water flow can be heard in the room below. This would certainly make me request a first floor room if I stayed at the hotel again.

Cannot fault this accommodation. The rooms were really big and spacious and the staff were very friendly. The pool wasnt open when we were there but on the day we left it looked like they were getting it ready for the summer season. For the price we paid for this accommodation it is highly recommended.

This motel is basic; however, the location and cleanliness of the facility make it very good value. The staff are friendly and responded to our requests for additional towels etc. Interestingly, many locals were staying at the motel on repeat visits; these people were more than happy to provide inside information regarding the best places to eat and hang out!

“Fit for purpose”
We were looking for somewhere convenient to stay at Lake Tahoe as part of a bigger trip. We only stayed at hotel for one night. It was perfectly fit for purpose. Location for the lake was excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit small - especially the bathroom - which was not a real problem for us, but might have been for a longer stay. Staff were excellent and friendly, so would recommend to stay here if what you want is somewhere comfortable, but relatively basic, to stay.
“Wouldn't recommend it - better value elsewhere in town”
A couple of teenagers talking to each rather than managing the Reception was our first impression. The room was not equipped for the 3 adults we had booked for - it took 3 calls to sort it out. The heater in the bathroom was broken - another 3 calls over two days to sort it out (our booking was during winter and the temperatures reached 16F). We tried to wash some clothes in the washer but the fuse kept tripping. Maintenace was not assistance with the concern - I traced it to a faulty water heater but it had not been repaired during our stay. The roads within the complex were never cleaned - the snow was allowed to settle and become ice. After one snowfall I had to dig my way out to the road - the staff were uninterested in helping me (adjoining properties had access to small bobcats and gave their guests readily available access). Great locaion but better value elsewhere in the locale.
