“it was ok and served the purpose”

“Great Location, Great Bar”

Located across the street from Lake George, 200 meters from ADK Brewery and Fort. Minutes to outlets. Room was clean and spacious, staff was good. Bar is filled with friendly locals every night, and staff is super-friendly. One small thing: Beware the "lake view room" -- we paid a 30% premium for a larger lake-view room, but you had to stand against the sliding door and look to the right to see the lake. Not worth the money...

“WAY OVERPRICED!”

Stayed 3 nights and each morning & night the hallway was very noisy with doors slamming, kids running up & down making excessive noise. Hotel was definitely overpriced, especially since it was after tourist season (many restaurants & stores were already closed). Much better hotel accommodations available for less money, and the choices are many. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are prepared for sleepless nights.

“NOT IMPRESSED!”

This hotel was definately NOT up to par! There was a creepy bellboy who was rude and nearly hostile when we first checked in. The hotel double charged our credit card for the room which had already been paid in full. The rooms were on the small side and the beds were extremely uncomfortable... after a 3 night stay, I ended my vacation with a stiff neck and major back pain. The toilets were never thoroughly cleaned (I won't go into what I found on them). The one up side was the hotel restaurant which was good and the staff at the restaurant were wonderful. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

“Going back”

Walking distance to downtown, however it will be up hill on the way back. Great view of the lake from the main entrance of the hotel. Very child friendly. The pool is not right on top of the main road like a lot of the other hotels.
