"Check in was contactless and it directed the guest to a hotel on the other side of downtown for more information. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. I had to put together the bed for my son and guests are required to take their trash out and wash their dishes"
Sail to three different countries bordering on Lake Constance in only one day. The lake is surrounded by spectacular nature and charming historical towns.
"The staff were friendly, and overall, we had a good experience. We were traveling by bike and arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in early and were asked to come back at 3:30.
We had stayed at a few other hotels during our bike trip where, when rooms were available, the staff were able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Of course, we understand that early check-in depends on availability, but it would have been nice if they could have checked to see whether our room was ready.
Other than that, everything was good, and we appreciated the friendly staff."
