The hotel is a bit dated and desperately needs a refresh. The site, however, is fantastic and the property has lots of potential. Service was also quite good for a hotel of this level.

Great hotel in an awesome spot
We had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. Our room and our bathroom had a pretty good size. The staff, specially from the bar&restaurant were very kind. The hotel surroundings are amazing, plenty to do, walk around in their gardens, go for a short walk to the spring water fountains by the hotel, walk some waterfalls nearby... It is a beautiful spot and if the weather is glorious, it is like paradise. My only negative comment is regarding their WIFI, was very weak and in some parts of the hotel worked on and off, not reliable. It needs improvement. I cannot comment on the spa services since I did not use them. In general it was an extremely positive experience.

good but let down by service-restaurant
Great location and access to mountains. Badly let down by restaurant in the evening with having to book and wait even though half empty. Food itself good for dinner but actually went to next door hotel for meal second night given these difficulties. Staff unhelpful and in restaurant head waitress quite rude.

My stay was too short so I didn't have time to check any of the hotels amenities. I did some hiking in the erea and I wished I had more time to explore.

un séjour remarquable
superbe hôtel, confortable, dans un environnement calme et dans un beau parc. Bien situé, au départ de randonnées. Piscines extérieures chaudes et accessibles. Très bon rapport qualité prix, super petit déjeuner et bon repas. Le restaurant d'à côté également excellent et varié. Informations à l’accueil très médiocre en ce qui concerne l’accès au balnéo. Les prix semblent prohibitifs pour un simple accès au sauna ou au hammam.

Limpieza aceptable. Minibar con solo 2 aguas pequeñas. El colchón de muelles de los de ántes, no se duerme plano. Desayuno continental normal. Lo peor, que no hay cobertura móvil Orange y estuve todo el finde incomunicado cuando necesitava internet y llamadas para mi trabajo. Es un 4**** de los 90

Hotel justo de estrellas.
Falta modernizar, cama comoda pero almohadas insuficientes. Baño muy viejo con bañera muy pequeña (mejor una buena ducha) y deshagüe fatal, no colaba ni restos pasta dientes. Desayuno Bueno y spa bien pero demasiada gente(muy Caro por solo 1 hora). Faltaba espejo grande i luz ambiental. Los jardines i Fuentes preciosos.

Un entorno que no olvidarás.
El entorno que envuelve este hotel, es de ensueño si eres un amante de montaña. El personal muy cercano y amable. Al momento de la reserva tuve un pequeño contratiempo con la habitación, sin embargo Hoteles.com y el personal del hotel, lo solucionaron enseguida. Sentirse atendido y respaldado no tiene precio (10/10 en ese aspecto). Las rutas que rodean este hotel, son revitalizantes y de total desconexión. Si lo que quieres es perderte en un entorno excepcional. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Nos entregaron la habitación 45 minutos más tarde. Cuando llegamos a la habitación en el baño todavía había basura de los antiguos huéspedes. Debajo de la cama había una botella de agua vacía que no sacaron ningún día. La televisión funcionava mal. La habitación muy vieja y sin aire acondicionado. Decían que las habitaciones eran insonorizadas pero se oía todo Ahora me sale mal no haver puesto una queja, ya que nos costó mucho dinero y para mí no es apto cómo un hotel de 4 estrellas. Muy decepcionada.

El entorno y el sitio es espectacular , lo mejor es que admiten perros y son súper amables tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante , el desayuno muy bueno y desde alli hay rutas para Realizar, nos ha encantado para repetir y aconsejar.

La estancia en el hotel estuvo bien. Las piscinas termales exteriores son una gran experiencia. El entorno maravilloso. La habitación: la cama blanda, un sillón viejo de mal gusto, las cortinas de camisa de leñador, y el color del baño (aunque están nuevo y muy limpio) parecía de hospital (verde). El desayuno bufet, muy completo y buena calidad. No usamos las instalaciones del balneario.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Nach unserem Aufenthalt können wir das Hotel Manantial nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir halten das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für schlecht, weil das Hotel bereits stark in die Jahre gekommen ist und keinen guten Service bietet. Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sind sehr begrenzt, was zu einem unerfreulichen Missverständnis geführt hat. Wir fragten bei der Reception nach der Benützung der Pools und des Wellnessbereichs nach und wurden (nach unserem Verständnis) informiert, dass beides im Preis inbegriffen sei. Umso verärgerter waren wir als der Spa-Besuch auf der Schlussrechnung mit 29 €/Pers verrechnet wurde. Diesen Preis finden wir angesichts der Grösse und des Angebots des Spa-Bereichs nicht gerechtfertigt. Nach einer ausgedehnten Diskussion strich die Receptionistin schliesslich diese Position von der Schlussrechnung, allerdings mit dem frechen und unangebrachten Vorwurf, dass wir die erhaltene Information nicht richtig hätten verstehen wollen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer liess stark zu wünschen übrig, da wir überall Haare fanden. Die in der Beschreibung vermerkte Klimaanlage war in unserem Standard-Zimmer nicht vorhanden und die Bettwaren waren unserer Ansicht nach keineswegs von Premium-Qualität. Als positive Punkte können wir das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück sowie die Nähe zum Aigüestortes-Nationalpark aufführen. Diese Kriterien erfüllen jedoch bestimmt auch andere Hotels, die wahrscheinlich einen besseren Service zu einem geringeren Preis anbieten.

El entorno es precioso y el hotel seria estupendo tal vez hace 20 años pero ahora esta viejo y un tanto descuidado. Es como una belleza de Hollywood venida a menos. El balneario es también viejo y los servicios son bastante caros y muy muy básicos.
