This was a great marketing employee on Expedia. what they were presenting on Expedia was not at all what we received. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. All of the people that work at the resort are wonderful and this is no reflection on them or their work. Just thought of management misguiding tourists.

The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end.

We loved our villa! It was very spacious and private. The resort has beautiful beach and beach clubs. Dining options were varied and delicious. Couldn’t ask for more!

Property was very nice but it wasn’t clear how to check in. The address given was for the security gate of the villa where we were staying but you are supposed to check in across the street which the gate attendant didn’t even tell us.

My wife and I loved everything about this resort. It might be the single best beachside resort experience of our lives. The entire place was clean and so convenient and so beautiful. But what made our vacation even more memorable were the amazingly helpful staff that helped us out in every way: Alejandro, Carlos, Hector, Rene - they were all professionals, spoke excellent English and made us feel like the most important guests in the entire resort. They were the definition of customer-service driven.

Lovely with different types of properties available. The pools and areas for children were wonderful. I would be fearful to let my grand children swim among stingrays on the beach. Can you detour them in any way?

No lamps, chairs, or luggage racks. No comfort.
No place to sit. it was two beds and no chairs. Plus no luggage rack or dresser. Kinda hard to see the value of it being a residence, We had to place our bags and suitcases on the second bed, No lamps. No bedside lamps. Three of the overhead light bulbs were out. The pool is nice and so is the bay. You can walk to town. They need to work on the rooms.

A wonderful vacation. Beautiful views. Wonderful & friendly staff!! Beach club was fantastic as were the restaurants at the marina. Great for families and couples too. Golf cart made it very easy to go from the hotel to the marina/beach club. We were sad to go home and cannot wait to return.

The condo I stayed in was completely stocked with everything including washer and dryer. The bathroom in the bedroom had a beautiful Jacuzzi tub. The terrace was quite large. There were two big screen Tv’s. There were a good restaurants down on the marina and a coffee shop. The checkin was easy and the staff was wonderful. The only negative would be the parking. There was no designated space for my villa and security came knocking at my door late in the evening to move my car. I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
