The property was comfortable and clean. It is an old hotel, but with good maintenance. Staff was very nice and profesional. The food was not the best. But in La Paz there are really good restaurants and street food options.

Everything about this hotel was average. The location is average, if you plan for a lot of walking or transportation. The hotel itself is dated but staff keep it as clean as they possibly can. It’s rated a 4 star but coming from Ca, I would rate it a high 2.

First time I encounter in a hotel the maids would pickup the dirty towels from your room 3-4 hours prior to clean the room so you have no way to shower during that time, is sad such hotel does not have enough towels and very old bed sheets.

Everything after front desk and before we entered our room was very nice. The restaurant staff were fantstic and the food and drink were good. Unfortunately, front desk staff repeatedly made us feel like we were criminals when we asked for coffee pack on days that we chose not to have our room cleaned. In addition, having stayed at dozens of hotels and resorts, we have NEVER been asked to leave a deposit for pool towels. As a result, we did not use the pool. The worst part of this hotel is the room. MOLDY SMELL, WINDOW DIDN'T LOCK ON GROUND FLOOR ROOM - NEVER FIXED, TOILET BOWL LEAKED URINE AND FECES ON FLOOR, SINK PLUMBING LEAKED ONTO FLOOR UNDER THE COUNTER, BEDS ARE EXTREMELY WORN OUT WITH A HUGE DIP IN THE MIDDLE AND SPRINGS POKING YOU. This area of the hotel is in dire need of a massive overhaul that must go beyond the reskinning of the room doors. This hotel is grotesquely overpriced even having gotten a bit of a deal online.

Property is in excellent location. The restaurant is good, great service. However our room was unacceptable. The shower faucets were hard to open/close. The mini fridge was not working properly. We were moved to another room, but the mini fridge was completely broken in the second room. Loved La Paz, but i would stay at a different hotel if i coukd afford it.

Increíble que puedan operar sin planta de luz. En el huracán Norma por no tener planta no hubo agua y tuvimos los huéspedes que acarrear cubetadas de la alberca a los baños. Lo mas inaceptable es que nos cobraron la comida duran esos dias. Comida que sin luz se estaba echando a perder en el refri sin luz. Inaceptable!

Good place to stay.
Good place to stay. 2nd time here. A little too family friendly of environment for me but it's a nice place. Breakfast is great so add it on. We had an issue with our s/c and some water on the floor from that. They fixed it. Nothing too complain about it.

Clean remodeled rooms. Too noisy, could hear conversations from adjacent rooms and hallway, music all night. No elevators, we were on the third floor. Hotel too far to walk to the malecón. No customer service from most of the staff. I needed ice and I had to go to the restaurant and was given about half of the small ice bucket.

I like that it was close to malecon, the breakfast buffet. It was clean the pool and gym were also very clean.

I would love to leave a stellar review, but unfortunately the hotel room was outdated. The bathroom was dingy and the towels were worn out and ragedy looking. The shower head was loose and looked like it was going to come off the wall. The price for the hotel was not bad but there's not much around the area. I paid an additional fee for breakfast buffet and thought the food was good the first day and okay the second day. They also have a chef that will make pancakes or eggs (any style) on demand. They have fresh fruit, jello, and yogurt (very good!). All atractions are within a 25-30 min walk which I didn't mind because I like to walk. I hope they consider updating their rooms. All in all our stay was not too bad.
