Great location
We stayed over the Moto GP weekend and really enjoyed this hotel. An easy walk to Monorail/Petronas Towers/Night life/Restaurants Clean & tidy and very new, the only down side to this hotel was The towel rail had pulled out the wall The WiFi was extremely weak in the room and often wouldn't stay connected The room could have benefited from a small fridge to keep drinks cold

a hotel nowadays with bad or no internet is unacceptable !! sheets of bed not clean , little cocks in bahtroom even the bathroom was acceptable and clean airco was good at my room but a friends room not ! tv with 5 useable channels pfff

Good location
The location of hotel is great as it’s a few minutes walk down the street to pub, massage salon and FOOD! Will definitely be back again!

Impressive service
I had a one night stay at their loft room and it was quite good actually. The room is spacious and it’s very clean and the condition are good as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Would recommend this to anyone who would like to have a short weekend gateway!!

Didnt expect much with low price but i got what i pay... Overall really value for money but i can still get better hotel with same price. But the only good thingnis the location was superb.. Just walking distance

Nice and cosy hotel in the middle of Bukit Bintang
Hotel staff were really friendly and provided warmth hospitality, there was even a doorman lols.. Room was really cosy and had a nice round window. Bed was Super comfy.. throughout our 4 days stay we had a nice and beautiful sleep And place was really 5 mins walking distance to Jalan Alor, and 10 mins walk to pavilion, lot 10 etc shopping Malls Wouldn’t mind to stay here again in future

Comfy and good location hotel
Very well located in the famous jalan alor food street. Just a 5 mins walk to MRT station which brings you to KL sentral. Comfortable bed and clean toilet. The friendly hotel front desk staffs and the door guy made the stay enjoyable.

Easy to find. Near the monorail station and malls.
You just need to walk to go to the malls and monorail station. Everything is close by.

Nice hotel
Great check in up to the room within minutes before 2 o'clock as well. Had problems with the air-conditioning unit after 30 minutes the room had problems with the air-conditioning units after 30 minutes the room was still too hot. They had this sorted within the hour & I had my Nice cool room. Really friendly staff very helpful. Good bed, shower clean room great location enjoyed my stay.

My stay is average good for me.
The overall is not bad. My stay in room 102 was quite satisfying except for the air conditioner. It keep leaking when I open or after I shut it. I informed the management and they immediately send a janitor to clean up the floor.

Lovely hotel.
We had a pretty long stay and were pleased with how we were treated by the staff members. They were pleasant and kind. The room was comfortable and nice also. The only trouble we had was that we were only given one keycard per room which was rather troublesome when only one of us wants to head out the room. The hotel is also near the train station so it was easy for me and my friends to travel around. Would really recommend this hotel to travelers who are on a budget but seeks comfort at the same time.

Great visit
This was my second time staying here. Location is great, near local free bus that takes you to China town, central market,etc. Wifi worked well, a/c was very cold, and spacious hot shower. Would stay here again!

Greeting on check-in was fast and friendly,foundthe allocated room was not suitable and changed to another room without any problem. Nothing was a problem and all staff were very helpful. special mention to the following staff members, Front Desk: Himel along with the Dorman: Ripon were excellent and deserve special mention.

Solo trip in KL
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was very convenient to nearby places like Pavilion and the nightlife area within 5mins of walking, yet not noisy. I took the Loft Room and it was small, but enough for a solo traveller like myself. Toilet and cupboard was on ground floor, whereas the bed and tv was on the 2nd. But im disappointed with the wifi reception & absence of a bar fridge. My room was on the ground floor and could not get any signal. Had to step out into the common area which is a cosy chill out area though to get wifi. If you're a smoker, you have to step out of the hotel to do so.

Typical budget hotel
Typical Budget hotel but with very friendly and helpful staff. Super small room, tv channels are terrible only 5 channels and 3 are in Malay channels. Room and beds are very small. Toilet amenities are bad. No toothbrush etc. floor are with dirt stains everywhere. You have about 4/5 options to choose for breakfast and it will deliver to ur room e.g. Porridge or Mee Siam. Very accessible place. Choose Grab to travel dont take taxi!!

The hotel was very noisy in general. On 28th, i waa staying on the 3rd floor first room on the right wing (facing the lift). You could hear other guests returning from their parties at night. From 30th-2nd, i stayed in the loft room at level 1. The situation is better at night. Very quiet. However, in the day, there was so much knocking. I later realised the place beside the hotel lobby is undergoing renovation. No wonders there's so much hammering and drilling going on.

Overall experience was good. Quiet, clean and comfortable room on the small side but ok. Services at the front desk could improve. Had to follow up twice to replace batteries in air conditioning remote, rang twice to get some toiletries because housekeeping did not replenish. Requested wake up call for 5am but didn't get the wake up call untill 5.24am.
