Check-in 15/8, 16/8 morning shower and toilet water is very slow, 16/8 late evening asked at reception - being told that all has been told but I have not receive any info, 17/8 morning there's totally no shower water except water from tap sink , Cuckoo water purifier filter out of water. Expressed my dissatisfaction during checkout at 9am while informing Expedia CS at the same time.

Hotel is only 5mins walk from sunway pyramid, which is convenient. Only cons i feel is theres no hot shower, but i understand that its an eco hotel. It is definitely worth the amount paid

Eco friendly hotel but need upgrade
Water basin is rushed. Toilet curtain has grown molds. Most importantly, towels looked old n need replacement. Free carpark space only for 2 cars, the rest is payable starting 8am. Good location is no doubt( Sunway pyramid shopping centre) & surrounding a lot of malay/ Indian foods +KFC is there. Convenient stores within walking distance.

Its cleanliness was outstanding. It could improve by providing some minor amenities such as water pot to boil water, tooth paste and also some 3 in 1 coffee. Other than that awesome!

Service: The receptionist who duty on 8/2 around 11pm deserved a pay rise. He was so friendly and helpful to help me on my wrong booking date. Thank you so much Room: Spacious and very clean. The toilet wall is so clean u can see reflection even is grey color wall. The water heater good functioning.The bed is a bit harden, and hear the noise of upstart pulling chair Parking: Parking lot in front of the hotel. Facilities: lift and water dispenser

Drilling sound early in the morning on Sunday which is a horrible experience after checking in for few times. Hope management can look into it not to have any construction on going during weekend.

gd value but can be messy local indian bar area . nearby mostly indian 24hr coffee shop . traffic is bad on rush hours . hard to find parking for those driving . but walking distance to sunway . i was charge 35rm for replacement linen as they claim i stain it

Dear lim, Thank you for your review and staying with us recently. The bar you mentioned is at 8 doors away and we barely can hear any noise from them. We are located in a very prime area with a 24/7 restaurant right below us with majority Indian staffing where a diversity of Malaysians patronize. As we ensure that our room quality is consistent any damaged linens are charged a fee as we need to replace them for the comfort of our next paying guest.

The bed was not okay. The wall is so thin I could hear others banging in the middle of night. Deco of the room/walkways was great. Toilet looks great too.

Close to the shopping mall, close to restaurants of many choice. Easy access to anywhere from the hotel area. New hotel too so everything is in good order. Big rooms and toilets Finding the hotel for the first time is quite tricky, the hotel entrance is quite hard to find at night. Other than that its a great choice to stay!

Clean and minimalistic - perfect
Nothing bad about this except for the thin walls that most other travelers mentioned. With my trusted pair of earplugs I had a great night's sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Clean bedsheets and doona? Not convinced.
Great location - just next door to the 24 hr Pelita Nasi Kandar and very near to the Sunway Pyramid Mall. Extremely convenient for shopping and eating. The bed sheet and doona seemed too "smooth" to be clean. Also saw two short strands of hair under the doona just when I tried to get under the doona... Wifi didn't seem too stable - kept dropping out.

Pleasant stay, will come back!
The place was clean and comfortable, I like that the toilet is big and that the hotel management chose to be ecofriendly. I enjoyed my stay but the only downside is that the closing of my neighbour's doors were rather loud

the hotel located in a good logistic area. with accessibility to the shopping mall, food outlet and grocery shops. bad is the difficulty in getting parking. (which might be my future consideration issue for coming back to this hotel again)
