"The whole experience was great, from first contacting them once the booking was confirmed, to the very smooth booking in process on arrival. The reception staff on duty for our stay were both excellent, very helpful and professional. The room itself was immaculate, plenty of storage and very roomy. Good kitchen area, bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue for us was the pillows were to soft. The hotel for us was very well positioned for us to get to see all the sites of Kracow that we wanted to see, and more. There is an excellent Indian restaurant called the Tandoori Flame just up the road from the hotel. And if you don't find everything you need in the supermarket next to the hotel, there is another larger one a few minutes walk away, just ask at reception. There are also plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity. All in all a great hotel, and if we were to visit Kracow again, we would look to book this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel just 20mins from the John Paul II airport. The staff were exceptional, my room very clean and was cleaned daily . The breakfast was good and catered to my gluten free needs. The hotel is just a stone throw from a tram station and so it was easy to travel to the old town and back. There’s also a spa and sauna and pool!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at 1891 Garni Hotel We had a wonderful stay at 1891 Garni Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Our room was of a very high standard — spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with tram stops, restaurants, pubs and grocery/convenience stores all within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring Kraków while still providing a comfortable and relaxing place to return to. Everything from the service and cleanliness to the room and facilities was of excellent quality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend 1891 Garni Hotel to anyone visiting Kraków. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The sauna and spa area is a bit small, but it's well-equipped and does the job perfectly. The location is also fantastic — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from. Overall, a great experience."
