"This hotel is very modern and nice and the staff were friendly. We didn't use the free rental bikes but I thought that was a cool amenity. What we loved was the free 24 hr coffee and tea bar. So great especially when you might not be feeling so well and need a late night tea. The rooms were modern and a bit tight but cool. Where we felt it missed the mark was the design of the showers. At first I noticed the taller showerhead was tilted away from the shower area and I'm too short to move it, so my partner had to move it for me - not ideal for shorter travellers. Secondly, the light switches were weirdly labelled and the lighting in the bathroom was not flattering at all. The hair dryer also did not work, and when I told the staff as we were checking out, they said they've gotten a lot of calls about that and apparently there's some special way to use it - would be nice if they created some sort of FAQ card to go with it, but I swear I tried everything. All in all, it was an ok stay, I felt like whoever designed this hotel was trying hard to be modern and sleek but didn't think about practicality at all. The pet-friendly aspect and the 24hr coffee/tea bar were the real highlights of this hotel."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nomadic Urban Suites in Kraków and would happily return. From the moment I arrived close to midnight, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming; always smiling and genuinely happy to help. That warmth really made the stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, particularly the entrance and restaurant area, which have so much character and style. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection is huge, fresh and varied, with something for every taste. The team was very accommodating with me on several mornings when I had to leave the hotel before 7:00 breakfast service, and they prepared a breakfast box for me. It was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The location is right in the heart of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town, with everything just steps away and walking distance to the main train station. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfast and, above all, truly lovely people. Dziękuję to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back and would recommend Nomadic Urban Suites without hesitation!"
