"The room was really nice and spacious, we didn’t use the balcony since it’d been raining during our stay. The area it was in was very well located and quiet for sleeping, and we enjoyed having A/C. There was a cafe around the corner that we enjoyed for breakfast too. It was about a 15 minute walk or $4 taxi to old town, and < 5 min walk to Place Nowy. Would stay here again."

"It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The sauna and spa area is a bit small, but it's well-equipped and does the job perfectly. The location is also fantastic — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from. Overall, a great experience."

"Very well located with the tram stop just a 2 minute walk away, really spacious and clean room with all the expected amenities. The bar and restaurant have a nice atmosphere and good range of options at a reasonable price for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was quite nice with a good range of options to cater for most people. The leisure centre and sauna were excellent also."
