We (a family of 3) stayed 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Even it is a bit outside from everything it is a perfect place to relax. As we stayed during the world cup semi finals the hotel staff arranged for us a possibility to watch Brazil vs. Germany at the Hemingway room at 3:00 am in the morning, as TV reception of the game in the room was not possible.
When you arrive, the lobby and the view are breathtaking. And the rest of the hotel lives up to this first impression. Our room was lovely - spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The staff were universally pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. The facilities (pools, bars, restaurants, beachfront) are great. All-in-all it is a lovely hotel. My only gripe (and this is the same with all top-notch hotels) is that you have to pay (an extortionate sum) for wifi. Stay at a cheap hotel (even a backpacker hostel!) and they throw wifi in for free. Expensive hotels rip you off with that. That said, at least they give you free wifi in the lobby area.

My husband and I recently staued at Nagapura resort. We stayed in a pool access room which was huge. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool access made it all that more amazing. The hotel staff were helpfull abd very friendly. The breakfast was good with some variety. The location was ok. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and main strip but my husband and I are walkers so it was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.
A 15 min to all the markets! The staff were so helpful and making sure we knew where we were going. They gave us a list of places to check out, a map and told us to try certain Vietnamese foods and iced coffee.
The room was nice, clean and pretty big!
Place is a 800m off the main road which for me is a good thing as I don't like the tourist strips in Thailand very much. Close enough to go via 5 min every hour free shuttle offered by the hotel.
Nice rooms, great customer service i must say.
There were 12 of us, age from 7 to 69. The resort was spread out with ample of serenity and yet enough to occupy the kids/teens through out my stay. Food and shopping was within walking distance, and for those who didn't walk, took tut tut which gave everyone a glimpse of krabi in a more local perception. The kids pool was amazing! All love the high green slide! All love the kids/teen room too. The adult pool had enough lounging chairs to relax on. The rooms were tiled so it was clean to my expectation. Had 12 grinning face when we left the hotel.

The location was absolutely fine because they provide free shuttle Bas to Ao Nang beach. Secondly, you don't have to bargain price about trip package to the beaches because the hotel has already few package with fixed price which is reasonable. Me and my partner took the 4 Island package. We had so much fun with the tour guide and the facilities provided. And last but not least how sweet the hotel is suprised me with a complementary birthday cake in my room on my birthday. Me and my partner definitely have a great stay there.

Friendly staff, amazing buffet breakfast (free) to start the day. Rooms were very big and nice (we stayed for $50 CAD a night, it was a promotional room).
Fun restaurants and main Ao Nang strip on the beach were 5 minutes away. Hotel was nicely located further in from the busy street it was on, making it nice and quiet after a long day outside. The security guard and gate adds a nice touch in terms of peace of mind. Great private balconies too.
Overall, great experience; try to go in the slow season so you get a better deal!
Fantastic experience. The staff went the extra mile on two occasions. First was to lend us free slippers when I called up housekeeping that my husband's scandals were wet. Instead of bringing one pair, they brought two pairs. The staff was observant as the sizes of both slippers were different where they fit our feet size. 2nd occasion was when one of the tiny screw of my husband's spectacles was spoiled and the receptionist was able to "temporary" fixed it.
