"The property was built well but not maintained up to standard. On the website, it said ALL rooms had air conditioning but our room didn't have one and it was VERY hot. We didn't have a balcony either. Our room had 3 beds with very little distance between them and was very hot in the afternoons. The bath tub had dark mold. The pool had very cold water which didn't feel like mineral. It was largely unusable. The area around the hotel was not very walkable. There were no stores or other amenities around the hotel. There were large park areas which were not maintained and unusable. All things considered this was not 4star value and a lot of things promissed to us turned out not to be true. "
